I bought sugon 3005 pm dc power supply.
But the problem is that the voltage is reversed.
Like I'm setting 4 volts but it's giving over 40+
volts of current. No one is able to help
us with this problem and even the people who sold
it are turning away. So how can this be fixed?

Sir uske back side me ek red colour ka button diya hoga usko 30 V parse 5 V karde phir bhi koy problem aaye to hume dm kijiye i help you ...... :)
