2025 marks the 80th Anniversary of The Railway Series. To celebrate this milestone, I have decided to do some read along story of some of the books from The Railway Series. I may not be able to all of them as they are 42 books. However, I would like to do one's that I like to do as a read along story.
I chose “The Three Railway Engines” as it was the one that had started it all! 
It was one of the 6 hardcover books that I had as a kid. The 2003 Railway Series Boxed Set which was well known for cropping the illustrations in a way to make it look exciting but it look bad and kinda ruined the illustrations?
