What a wise woman Abigail was. This was so eye-opening and it gave me a strategy for diplomacy. Sometimes diplomacy is soft, and other times it quit firm to prevent an even worse situation.

A nice character study, guys. It reminds me of the video you made called "Turn the Cheek" (Matthew 5). Where assertiveness doesn't have to mean aggression, and a pacific spirit doesn't mean passivity. Rightly or wrongly, I read the story of Jael through this lens, too: that she brought peace and comfort to a man living his life in error, thus he perished to his old ways. She changed his mind and converted him... 😇 Your UA-cam channel and episodes of study are a welcome blessing, and I hope you continue to be blessed in turn. Thank you for doing what you do.

      Hi ordinary chap.
I really how how you phrased "a pacific spirit doesn't mean passivity'. I think you made a really good link between those stories, and you're so right in that they play on similar themes - justice, non-violent resistance, and so on.
We're just so thrilled that this channel has been a good experience. Thank you so much for those uplifting words.
