Surfing the shortwave bands with an Aircastle model 136F1, a very classic Germanium transistor radio.
In response to a request, I uploaded a video on the eBay ad demonstrating the shortwave reception. I’m now uploading it here for everyone around the globe to view.
The radio is very sensitive, selective, and free of noise. The video was recorded on 09.02.2024 at 5:40 PM Chicago time. The radio was in battery mode with the telescopic antenna fully extended, and no additional antenna wire was used.

Junk radio is junk radio, no matter who is selling it. Someone needs to fix it.
