This is the first time as a person with severe ocd watches these massive food factory vids and felt satisfying and clean its impressive😌❣️imagine havin them warm 😌
Wow. Amazing! I love them. My mother lives in the Netherlands and they have many over there, whenever I visit I buy them - didn't know that they have these special machines for making them...
It seems like when it cuts the outer ring of the waffle it separates the two halves. I guess there is a pocket that forms in the middle when they press it? I’m not sure, but this is pretty cool, and I just ate a couple with my coffee lol.
I bet when it goes through the roller, applying a gentle amount of pressure to hold it in place as the conveyor pulls the waffle through a thin wire. I think the video glossed over this.
Costco had em for a bit recently. Imported from Holland, not some cheap copy brand. $10 for a box of 40. I about bought the whole pallet when they said they weren't getting anymore lol.
Just put me under where they trim that edges and leave me there.
Haha, I know. That's the best spot!
Just ger the trimmings, these are cheap
@@ayellessnuffelhoek They actually sell those? I'm surprised
@@azumanguy yeah they do
I ate these when I was in Germany as a kid and never forgot them. They were sooo good! Thank god I finally know what they're called.
So you have to go to the Netherlands and try them again!
I love stroopwafels!! Thank you for showing us how they are made👍 Interesting to see🙂
Thanks, they are yummy!

I also didn't know until I saw them. Yes, they are delicious!
@@CornoVanDenBerg Thanks for the answer - greetings from Canada
Delightful, imagine the smell... Would love to visit the place
And taste them probably 😀
@@CornoVanDenBerg yes, all of them
BEAUTIFUL
Thanks!
I just want to live inside a stroopwafel. God they are so good
Haha, don't get eaten 😁
Cool
From where can I get this whole setup
Internet mate
I don't know. You can contact the bakery in Gouda itself.
Aaaw getting em warm would be fire
Yes!
For some reason this feels like something straight outta charlie and the chocolate factory
Reminds me of the opening scene in Edward Scissorhands...
How do they separate the halves? I see that an arm grabs the half and they run air through as it lifts up, but how do the halves actually separate?
They are made like small pancakes en put two together to make one stroopwafel

1:16 N.V machinefabriek "De Hollandsche IJssel" De Jongh en Co Oudewater Holland.
Klopt!
Any idea about machine name and company. İ want to buy this productuon line
No, may be the Bakery in Gouda will know. You can contact them.
Anyone else hear that beat? I could freestyle to those machine sounds lol
2x speed and there you go
This is as fast I can eat them.
Haha, true!

Who can help us to establish this set up?
I don't know to be honest. I just visited this bakery to see how they are made.
Thank you.
I live in the Netherlands and I hope you can give me this address so I can visit them
Ja, dat kan. Ik ben zelf ook Nederlands en woon in Utrecht. Het is Bakkerij Van den Berg in Gouda. Je kunt ze bezoeken. Veel plezier!
Bedankt voor reageren
Что вы делаете с обрезками
They sell them as well. It's cheaper and very tasty!
Why does it have to be trimmed?
I think it is de only way to fit in the package. They could have made it a bit bigger 😀
What do you do with the cutoffs??!
Why does it cost a $1 a cookie in the us?!?
As you can see they collect them and sell them as well. They're a bit cheaper, but also very nice :-)

Air?
Don't you love it machines... Now if it can be loaded we don't need to see that man again....
I agree!
Handschoenen, mondkapjes en haarnetjes???
Vinden ze niet nodig, ik heb het gevraagd.
No gloves for the lady at the end??? Eeew
I asked her about it. She washes her hands several times a day with a special liquid. She said that's cleaner than using the same gloves all the time.
Glove nazis everywhere these days bleh
Gloves are not necessary if employees practice sanitation... Because someone is wearing gloves does not mean things are cleaner
I did not see a single oompah loompah!!
Haha, did you look properly?
besides she’s not wearing a mask while packaging biscuits and speaking out loud with droplets
It is a professional kitchen and they follow all the standards. I checked.
She's touching the cookies with her dirty hands!!!
their is nothing sanitary about this place, so gross.
How do you know if she hasn't washed her hands before doing this task?
that is a guy..
Thought it was pretty cool to watch until the part where she was wearing no gloves
I'm eating them now, reminds me of my childhood.
Dirty dirty, where are the gloves 🤮
I asked her about it. She washes her hands several times a day with a special liquid. She said that's cleaner than using the same gloves all the time.
Gloves are not needed get educated
No hair net or gloves what in the heck. That’s nast and the food is contaminated .
