He was only a child 👀 and when he became old I think he didn’t want to rely too much on his vocals (like the high notes and stuff) but more on the melody

Few artists of any age could match his emotions and vocals from "Who's Loving You" on Ed Sullivan Show, 1969. 40 years later he was still giving it his all in This Is It before his untimely death two weeks before another 50 sold-out shows :(

Yeah, when he was gone I was 2 and obviously didn't know who he was. Now I'm 13 and I just love him, I listen him all day, I can't stop to watch videos about him, the videoclips and all these things... I love it. You actually saw him perform live 5 times wow I wish that I could've been so lucky ...the only time that I've ever seen him live was with his brothers on their victory tour stop .
@@ranitagadling4312 I sure did 3 times when he was still with his brothers as the Jackson 5 then I to saw the Victory Tour in Knoxville TN,, my last concert was the Bad Tour I went to it in Atlanta GA.....the best!!
I can't help but watch/listen to Michael with such a mix of excitement, nostalgia, and sorrow. Literally hurts my stomach. What a legend. Anyone else still in denial?!
The name MICHAEL comes from above which means HE IS LIKE GOD....Michael is truly a unique and extra ordinary guy the world would forever miss......RIP MICHAEL.
And his middle name, Joseph I think is significant. It was Joseph, the youngest of his brothers who became a king in Egypt, ruling over even his family. And he was a good man, wise and generous.
I cried through the entire concert when I saw him perform live. He was magical. Such a pure, beautiful, passionate voice. And his dancing. I felt weak. So in love with this man when I was 10 years old.
I was raised in the middle east and am friends and worked for the royal families who were all obsessed with mj I have had the pleasure of meeting him on many occasions. Nice man but his soft speaking voice always shocked me as he was so soft spoken with such a powerful singing voice. Great performer who would do private shows for the royal families which I was privy too. Best memories of my life.
Michael Jackson sacrificed his childhood to give us our childhoods. As a big fan, I can say that he gave us unconditional love through his perfect performances. His humility on stage cannot be compared today. I saw him in 1988 at 8 years old in Maryland. The Bad Tour. My first concert, I will never forget that musical high for the rest of my life. In person is different than these videos. My family had floor seats. 10th row. When the lights went out, everyone stood on top of the chairs all ages!! People in the stands were jumping the entire time!! Old and young people!! Anticipating seeing him was building up. He knew this. He felt the energy!! That’s why he performed so well. He felt the positive love & energy. He appeared on stage with his dancers like statues for a few minutes and we went crazy because we wanted to hear the beat drop lol!! The place went ballistic. Security was trying to get everyone back on the floor from standing on the chairs, and this was in the US!!! People will never understand that he would literally have everyone in the arena under a trance for the entire show. My mom camped out overnight for those tickets with her co workers in front of a department store that is now Macy’s waiting for it to open at 8am outside of the mall. This was before internet lol:) But that’s how tickets were bought in the 1980s, 90s and early 2000s. Any questions I will gladly discuss. I saw him again in DC at 21 years old and he was performing as Headliner for a 911 event in DC in RFK Stadium. He had The same impact on that audience and he just only performed Man in the Mirror. He never lost that special “it factor” than cannot be manufactured, he was born with that gift to make people of all ages feel loved and accepted through positive music. Rest in Power MJ✌️
I cannot believe this is only the 2nd live concert video you've ever viewed of the greatest singer/performer/writer/dancer/producer/artist you'll ever see in our lifetime. Some of the singers and some of the music nowadays are nothing compared to Michael Jackson. He will be forever a legend like the Beatles or Elvis or BBKing or Nat King Cole, that's why his concerts were attended by fans who were overcome with such emotions, you see how they were! His singing and dance moves are copied by so many, he was such an influence. His music will live on.........
I don't think it's fair to put him in the same category of greats like Elvis, The Beatles and Nat King Cole. Michael is above these other performers in a category all of his own. There is truly no one else on par with him and there probably won't be for some time. I truly believe he was the greatest performer of the 20th century.
@@caribbeanman3379 Well, being "fair" is complicated as Elvis or Beatle fans would beg to differ. They are a loyal fan base, too. It's a matter of music preference. I was merely making a comment to Terry.
There will never be another like him. His performances consumes you. Always get goosebumps when he sings. Amazing. Gone too soon. Legend. Can’t really sit still when MJ is on stage
He's not one of the best performers ever,he's the absolute greatest of all times period,,people try to make him equal with every other performer and that's false because he was seriously superior to the other artist,,these two people seriously don't know Michael Jackson's early beginnings at all to make that statement about Michael Jackson's singing talent and abilities because no one can top him singing wise either
Do you see now that younger performers have been inspired by Michael Jackson's singing, dancing, composing, producing, filmmaking and performing? Michael Jackson set the extremely high standard that everyone else would later use to be inspired to compose their own music. Michael Jackson was the pioneer of this music style he created from his personal music influences. Michael Jackson is the Best. 💖🤗

There will never be another that can come close to the amazing singer/performer Michael Jackson was. I didn't know that there was any one on the planet who didn't know he sang like that.
There was nobody on this earth like Michael Jackson. He was multi-talented and turned everything he touched to gold. I grew up in the same era as Michael... he didn't just kick open the doors he blew them off the hinges. It's such a tragedy what happened to him...it should have never happened. And as long as I live I will never believe he ever harmed a child, ever. He was a good man and a great spirit for certain. What he left the world was sheer magic.
And his brother Jermaine hated it because he had on white socks with black dress shoes which was a fashion faux pas. So what does Michael do? Add glitter to the socks which made Jermaine even MORE nuts 😂😂😂😂❤

Yeah, when he was gone I was 2 and obviously didn't know who he was. Now I'm 13 and I just love him, I listen him all day, I can't stop to watch videos about him, the videoclips and all these things... I love it. He really changed me, the feeling he gives me is wonderful and unexplain, I'm proud to be a fan of him because he was a true angel for this awful world that killed him, unfortunately. But, he always will be remembered by the whole world as the bright and unique artist, the awesome humanitarian and the wonderful person. He'll always in my heart and mind! I love you more, Michael!!💗
You have to have been living under a rock your whole life if you all didn't know Michael could sing like that. He has been and will always be the best of the best. Miss ya Michael :)
You're kidding, right?? My lord! The man, the GOAT did it all! We love him for not only being the greatest entertainer in the world but, the greatest humanitarian. Michael donated over 300 million dollars [that is the public number. Much more was given privately] I am 65. Michael has been a fixture in my life for many, many years. Please, STUDY THIS MAN.
Over 700 million and let's not even talk about the undocumented Donations. A billion is in for sure. Greatest to ever live
The most difficult song to cover the vocal in pop history probably is “Earth Song” by Michael Jackson.
type in The Voice - Blind Auditions : Mj Earth Song ...
@@biggdaddynard8087 yeah but they odin't do the screaming that mj did. the song is not that hard but the end, the end is one of the hardest
Smooth criminal: Hold my beer
Definetely not. Smooth criminal
Almost every song is hard to cover right bc they can’t compare to michaels voice and method of singing so it doesn’t sound right.
He’s the king for a reason!
Do more reactions to Michael Jackson's performances pleaseeeee
Laura Silva yesssss
Jackson Five Special , please
They don't know what MJ sounds like crazy MJ was a legend king of pop music he was the best ever recorded artist ever.

@@sariahlace5944 please whot are you saying sorry
Michael was performing long before you all was born.
Love him, the greatest
I am so thankful to watch these two laughing, dancing and appreciating MJ... For this is how his legend lives on. Have a great time you two.... Play more Michael! Next time let Diamond in the video too. 🐾🐕💞
🇨🇦 Luv from Canada
I totally understand how all those people felt, watching him perform still gets me all emotional, smiling then crying! Miss him forever!
His performance are amazing and his voice Jesus It’s the best. But his character is so pure and beautiful
Michael Jackson was a vocalist FIRST and foremost. Listen to anybody else trying to sing one of his songs and you'll understand what an amazing singer he is.
I love MJ MJ will always be number 1 in my soul my mind my heart
I saw Michael perform live 5 times in my life all I can say is he was the BEST!!!! His energy was unreal young old black white you name it all came together it was the greatest memories I've ever had ..... miss him so much
You actually saw him perform live 5 times wow I wish that I could've been so lucky ...the only time that I've ever seen him live was with his brothers on their victory tour stop .
There is truly no one that was on his level. He was transformational in levels never seen before. The King
Class act, he even brought out Sediah who actually wrote the song for him.
Y’all didn’t know MJ could sing like that? Lmao. Have you heard his discography?
They're a couple of youngsters...were probably rockin with Usher n'such when MJ passed away.
@@mistafingaz lol, yeah they some youngsters
I know! Where the hell have they been? 🤣
I’m 18 and I listen to classics so what’s their Excuse Michael Jackson is my favorite artist of all time MJFAM for life
I was so glad to see this comment...the FIRST thing I LITERALLY said Outloud..was WHO doesnt Know MICHAEL JACKSON can Sing!?! Omg.lmao 😂🤣
I don't think they know just how massive Michael was back in the day…
Ok, now I'm old enough to use "back in the day" un-ironically.
Only eleven years ago ,I'm sure you're older than fifteen. .
Jen Joseph lol fifteen very random number but yeah lol
Michael is so unique. His achievements in the music industry incomparable. Michael will forever be the " KING OF POP"!👑🎤🎼🎵🎶
Brasil Don't forget MJ and never will do it !
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 Brasil really all this time still loving MJ !
His music never will die !
Legends live forever !
Caron Hernandez true mj forever
I don't think it's fair to put him in the same category of greats like Elvis, The Beatles and Nat King Cole. Michael is above these other performers in a category all of his own. There is truly no one else on par with him and there probably won't be for some time. I truly believe he was the greatest performer of the 20th century.
@@caribbeanman3379 Well, being "fair" is complicated as Elvis or Beatle fans would beg to differ. They are a loyal fan base, too. It's a matter of music preference. I was merely making a comment to Terry.
add Sir Sammy Davis Jr to that list , the original greatest entertainer on earth, then the baton was passed to the exquisite Sir Michael Jackson.
@Herbal Shaman no one here called him a king
Michael was making a huge statement with this song...
Nicole Chatman He didn’t write it.
Does that really matter??
Nicole Chatman perhaps

There will never be another like him. His performances consumes you. Always get goosebumps when he sings. Amazing. Gone too soon. Legend. Can’t really sit still when MJ is on stage
Lol 🤣 his face every time he sees some one crying or getting escorted out! Michael Jackson was that guy for real.
He was amazing. He was dancing and singing and without even using autotune
I most definitely agree with you. He was in a different league.
EXCATLY people keep saying the weeknd
exactly
Yeah he was so good that the whole world was obliged to recognize his talent. Michael was famous everywhere when I say everywhere it’s EVERYWHERE
Terrian omg whaaat?? Who said that ?😂😂😂😂
Do you see now that younger performers have been inspired by Michael Jackson's singing, dancing, composing, producing, filmmaking and performing? Michael Jackson set the extremely high standard that everyone else would later use to be inspired to compose their own music. Michael Jackson was the pioneer of this music style he created from his personal music influences. Michael Jackson is the Best. 💖🤗
It's so surreal to see much younger people rocking out to Michael. It brings back good memories. I am so glad I got to experience Micheal Mania first hand. I only wish I could have seen him live. Or met him and thanked him for sharing his many talents with us. BTW you might want to check out his 1995 MTV performance. It was one of his finest!🙂
Cara eu amei isso! Impossível ver Michael Jackson e depois não tentar reproduzir os passos hahahaha Fiquei emocionado em ver vocês assistindo, e assustada ao saber que vocês nunca tinham visto essa perfomance!

That song live brings tears to my eyes. I will forever love u Uncle MJ(U PARTY AND CATCH THE GHOST) ALL IN ONE!!!
THIS. This is what authentic entertainment looks like. From the vocals, choreography, accompaniment, lights,....and the emotion. The ultimate GOAT. A brother who could move a sea of all colors, all around the world. The ultimate unity. RIP Michael.
There’s a very real reason why MJ is the King of Pop! He earned that title legit! You will never experience going to a live show like this and people passing out everywhere. That was the power of MJ ♥️
Loved this reaction never get tired of MJ
THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!
There will never be another that can come close to the amazing singer/performer Michael Jackson was. I didn't know that there was any one on the planet who didn't know he sang like that.
One of the backing vocalists is Siedah Garrett who wrote "Man In The Mirror".
What he left the world was sheer magic.
i got that whole concert on dvd. Its in my opinion his best ever concert ever.
Did you know that Michael always wore his pants short so the audience could see the foot moves!
Nvr knew tht
And his brother Jermaine hated it because he had on white socks with black dress shoes which was a fashion faux pas. So what does Michael do? Add glitter to the socks which made Jermaine even MORE nuts 😂😂😂😂❤
I clicked because the crazy title...
Raise your hand if when u first seen this title and in your mind u was thinking who didn't know... 🙋🏾♂️
The goosebumps i have when focusing on whatever MJ be performing are unique to him... The greatest of all time period, hands down
I Love MJ and once had a fan attack just watching his annual birthday video marathons, he was the real deal.
