Truly enjoyed watching! The whole break down was incredible especially the bracelet! This channel should have way more subscribers, will share this video with all my watch nerd friends!🤓
Fantastic video as always, just one minor point, Genta didn’t design the Oysterquartz, he did, however, pen the Texan (Rolex’s Beta 21 quartz watch) and the King Midas…
That’s the key most people just polish material away , when they need to add as you do to get the correct shape ect ! So many badly over polished watches about 👍🏼
Rolex mechanical movement, even this one ,quartz… are very reliable. Although, for less of the price, are more options as reliable, and same quality in materials. That being said, 18k gold is really soft … I wish fashion was 14k, that would make a remarkable difference in all brands. Specially for people who buy this pieces for daily use, instead of that one for “special events” that never occur
Gerard Genta makes the Rolex King Midas too!
you don't have to be a watch enthusiast, to appreciate the level and quality of work being carried out here.
Thank you very much 🙏
This might be the most “80’s” watch I’ve ever seen. A Gordon Gecko wet dream !
Thanks 🙏
😂😂😂😂 nice one
Really really good work, like it came out of the manufacture
Thank you 🙏
Great work
Thank you 🙏
une magnifique restauration de cette superbe montre
Thank you 🙏
Better than factory. Sharp edges. 🤩
Thanks Vishal 🤩🙏
Outstanding again. Such a lovely movement for a quartz.
Thank you very much!
Fantastic video and Amazing work!! 👍👍👍👏👏👏
Thank you very much 🙏
Unique content
Thank you 🙏
Another case restoration masterclass. Lovely watch but those quartz movement modules spook me. Bravo
Thank you very much 🙏
All good but need new bezel, or just do smooth and will be great
Awesome job. This is the first time i’ve seen a battery in a Rolex, also love the blue dial
Thank you 🙏
Gorgeous Rolex even though it’s a Quartz
Not a regular quartz!
Wieder richtig schick geworden 👍
Dankeschön 👍
As always fantastic video... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you 🙏
I am a big fan of your work. I also do watch restoration as a hobby. I am impressed with your skills. Greetings from Poland.
Thank you 🙏

Отличный глянец получился! Поставлю лайк.
Thanks 🙏
Awesome job! The watch is a real beauty. The second hand not hitting the markers drives me crazy tho. 🤭
Thank you 🙏
Bravo pour cette belle carrosserie !
Thanks 🙏
Beautiful! I have an Oysterquartz with the champagne dial. Nice original condition but not as nice as this restored version!
Thank you 🙏
Amazing! Do you know how is the microscope looking tool named? The one you used to restore the watch case, 8:09
Thanks 🙏 The tool is an original sallaz holder. Check out my videos, there I restored a 2 axis one.
Thank you so much. I love your work you are an artist besides a watchmaker of course
Apart from the bezel and the date bubble it's not dissimilar to the royal oak ! 🤔
True

Amazing of what poor quality Rolex really are & how they dont really stand the test of time
Thank you 🙏
They are very high quality. You cannot do anything about the wear particularly gold pieces….as the metal is soft

No work on the movement???
That's not what his channel is about. It's about restorations to the case, the bracelet. It's the difficult stuff.
