That's the first video I saw from you and I already clicked like & subscribe when it wasn't even finished. I love your sense of humor, it makes it fun to watch the video and I learnt a lot. Gonna try the scrunchie right now!
I just made this during my lazy afternoon and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think it took me a couple of hours. The most challenging part was the seaming at the end but I like that it’s (almost) invisible 👏🏻 Thank you for sharing this free and easy tutorial
visual was very helpful, much appreciated. mine was pretty much your measurement so that was extra helpful. At the end I just used a crochet hook to close it up and a slipstitch.🧶🧶
Hi! I’m seeing several comments like this without response, so I’m really hoping you’ll see this one! How do you join the knitting in the round with this type of cast-on? Can’t find any information anywhere 😞
Hi! This is awesome! I have trouble with the casting on though. With 80 stitches mine is only about 3/4 of the way on the cable. I do have a 40 cm cable... am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help ❤
Yarn weights are called different things in different countries. We call our lighter weight yarns by ply. So 4 ply is correct when I’m speaking about the weight I use within the video. Worsted weight would be heavier and considered 10 ply here. A quick google search should help in the different comparisons...
Clearly I have trouble figuring out my measurements.
Thank you so much for showing the seamless stitching, I hate sewing but this looked so professional and it’s so easy to do. I love your channel.
Thanks so much!
I love this! I have tons of scrap yarn and lots of single skein’s of yarn I need projects for. I love your personality! Thank you bunches!
You are a delight to watch and listen to!
Thank you for saying so :)

No worries!! Thanks so much I'm glad you enjoyed it. Seaming is my least favourite part of anything but so worth for the final look! :P

I’ve been wanting to get rid of some scrap yarn from some other projects so thank you so much for sharing the tutorial!
"I like to make it more difficult for myself" Me too girl, me too 😂
I've never knit in the round before so this looks like a good starter project. Only been knitting a few months.
yes its a great started project!
Hi! Can you please write down how did you join in the round?
I have made several of these since my last post. It’s addicting and instant gratification LOL
Hi I am new at knitting. Where do I get round needles?
You are too funny! I loved this! Thanks for sharing 🤗🤗
Thank you!!! ❤️🥰❤️🥰

What length needles are you using?
Very pretty and smart concept.
How do you decide how many stitches to cast on? Because the cast on when you make it a loop is bigger than the finished scrunchie size.
I really want to knit this, your video is super but I don’t know how to join in the round with backwards loop cast on. Can you please explain it?

Hey it could just be the yarn weight you are using. I would just work it with the magic loop!
@@FridayKnits never thought of that! Thanks so much 🥰
This is really good 🥰 thank you 💖
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed!
@@FridayKnits I'm going to check out more tutorials from you. Hi from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
@@FridayKnits Hahaha I just saw and you're also from Australia! Great! I can ask you where do you get your yarn! Yaaay!
@@ppyli Yes! I order online from wool warehouse and lovecrafts, and also we are knitters and wool and the gang!
now u got 3,66k subscrice yayy :Đ
How many stitches?
How many inches long is the circular needle?
I think the cable is 40 cm
Hi Friday Knit, how do you call that kind of knitting? I tried but it turned out purl stitches
Hey it's just stockinette stitch. If you have purl stitches then your other side should have knit stitches!
Oh I was hoping to make and sell these.. . I guess I cant.
Pretty sure 4 ply is worsted weight... 😅
