    Hi Dr Vahid, could you kindly create a video on how to do data cleansing in Citespace? If I search a different combination of key words in different databases, I will get different results which may contain duplicates. After identifying and removing these duplicates with Endnote or Excel, how can I turn the final results into the “plain text” format accepted by Citespace and then use them to do analysis? Thank you.

      Data cleaning should be done directly in Scopus or the Web of Science before loading the data in CiteSpace.

    سلام اقای دکتر. من با روش شما رفتم جلو ولی citespace ارور میده انگار حجم محدودی از مقاله (۳۰۰ تا) ساپورت میکنه. راه دیگه ای سراغ دارید

    Prof. Could you please make any video on how to prepare any circular dendrogram in bibliometric analysis? There are no such videos yet in youtube. Thank you.

    Hi Dr. Vahid,
    first of all, thank you for your videos!
    I am about to make an analysis with citespace and I am wondering if you know if it is possible to analyze Data from EBSCOhost in CiteSpace?
    Many thanks!

      I am not sure if the format is supported. You might be able to find third-party software that can convert the data to WoS or Scopus format and use that for the analysis.

    Thanks for providing useful info regarding scientometric. I was wondering if you can help me to figure out the differences between "Scientometric" and "Systematic Review" concepts? I am going to start a literature review paper, however, I got confused which aforementioned methods can be more applicable for my research.

    • @VahidAryadoust
      @VahidAryadoust  3 роки тому +1

      Scientometrics is a field of research, whereas systematic review is a tool for review.

      @@VahidAryadoust Can we use a merged datasets of Scopus and WoS (xlsx format) in CiteSpace? I used Rstudio to combine them and then used biblioshiny for presenting. However, I like to employ Citespace for the rest of analytical parts.

      @VahidAryadoust  3 роки тому

      @@samirahamiditehrani3328 YEs, you can use them. Each dataset should be converted to CiteSpace input separately, as shown in the video. Then, place all the datasets (files) in one folder, and run the analysis.

      @@VahidAryadoust thank you very much. Also, it would be much appreciated if you could please make a comprehensive tutorial videoon on how to do bibliometric analysis of Dimensions' data. The reason is most of the researchers don't have access to Scopus and Web of Science database.
