Marwa, I hope you read this message. I have just watched you on yr vlog saying you do not want the to extend your land up to the fish pond. Please before you decide to avoid the fish pond, research into possibilities of creating fish-farming ponds from which you could generate a lot of income to sustain other community projects in your village of Nyabuhansi...Fish Farming is could be a lucrative development project for you and your village. The idea of buidling a hostel and horse ranch is also a very lucrative venture. Good luck. We support you bro.
Everything looks good , props to you. The only disturbing thing is when people wash clothes and bath in the beautiful River. Especially with the soaps , detergents etc. That is going to pollute the river stream, mess up the echo-system and over a period of time it’s gonna get worse where it will be too dirty and disease infested to do anything, especially when you get mosquitoes. Try to designate a system for everything, instead of having people bath, wash clothes, swim in the same waters. Plus you have no idea , who relives themselves in the River. Please you have a beautiful place with the rich nature of water stream , don’t destroy it!

Make a larger septic tank to accommodate all the people who will be living at your villa. Have to do things proper and adequately from start or you run into problems later. Can't cheap it out , spend cash to have the proper infrastructure.
Are you going to drill a borehole coz you need massive water supply to support the villa needs. I mean a commercial borehole like the one done by the county near Davy's villa construction site. Tapping water from the river might bring you trouble. Remember a river is a public resource and people downstream need it.

Marwa as long as they scoop sand from the river you will have soilerosion because that part of the river becomes deeper. Even your wall can be damaged.

And what makes land ownership in Africa nice is that once you own a land title..That land is yours forever and ever Amen unlike in developed countries where even if you pay the mortgage in full the government can take your land for tax payment problems..
@@Wazabanga1my taxes are only $300 for the year. For that tax I received paved roads, ambulance, fire service, police service, electricity access and free public education. I have no problem paying into a system that everyone benefits.

@@waitaminute2015I live in that same system. I don’t think most of us mind paying tax within reason. It’s the overtaxing one despises. Here you pay tax for breathing the air, you pay a huge sales tax when you purchase a vehicle and then turn around pay a fee every year to get a new registration. You pay tax for police to protect you then they turn around and harass you and sometimes kill you if they don’t like your complexion. So go figure.

Just to add a little upscale to the landscape, what about painting the big trees with white lime from the ground up 4 feet. Also cut and paint the sticks around the plants so they look more uniform.
In preparation for the party you have to provide more than enough toilets for the amount of people expected; it would be a good idea to build at least 3 more outside toilets somewhere on the landscape away from the house.
Will be watching the progress.

Get an excavator and widen it and you can dig a dam that will be the sauce of your water supply for your house. You pump from the dam straight to your tanks, or you can start your on water supply system and supply your mum too. In a long run it will be cheaper and self sufficient, because remember you will have a swimming pool and you need to change water every once in awhile

From the sun or fain and string them up with lght so that even will have visibility. Aron anc your friends willl havd access but not everyone in your private quarters. Set up drinking water stsnds outside and amenities that is nescessary. In Jamaica persons rent temporary toilets from the parish councel so every one can be comfortable and stay clean. Remember now the haters will come. Set up decency standard for your home. Try never have regrets. That property is hard earned. Just a suggestion.

Marwa...you don't take tea immediately after eating or in the middle of your meal. Tea has a turning that prevents your body from absorbing or gaining nutrients that are in the food.
