It happened while John just moved outside the car. GPS proves he’s on the car with her. It shows all her turns and her missing the Fairview turn off then Turing around. It has her 12:23 doing that. 12:24 it has her stationary. Then moving up 3 times with the motor still running for 8 mins. John’s GPS is out front exactly moving with the car. He gets out, seconds later the reverse happens. He never moves again. It’s not rocket science mate. She’s saying she f-g hates him 12:37. So 5 mins later which proves she’s unhinged and angry. Listen to her. She doesn’t think he’s dead but 53 calls later she does. She waits John is dead at 5am. Blames a plow minutes later. Now you and I don’t need to be detective there do we. It’s very simple. Her tailight has a huge hole in it at 5;07. So that cuts out any ridiculous conspiracies. These shows earn money. Hit and runs don’t earn money bro.

On December 23, 1994, Bulger fled the Boston area and went into hiding after his former FBI handler, John Connolly, tipped him off about a pending RICO indictment against him. Bulger remained at large for sixteen years. After his 2011 arrest, federal prosecutors tried Bulger for nineteen murders based on grand jury testimony from Kevin Weeks and other former criminal associates.

Witnesses that he may not wish to call can still be called by the defense. It will look pretty bad to a jury if, for example, Brennan does not call "forensics expert" Trooper Paul and opts to bring in an actual expert, bu tthe defense calls Paul. Or, let's say Brennan does not call the witnesses who gave conflicting evidence of what cars were where.
It looks like he stopped updating his website in 2016 or so, the date of his last recent trial. His LinkedIn page is dead. His office address is shared mailbox. Only active information seems to be that he is listed as adjunct professor at Suffolk Law School.

I think a fight broke out in the basement and JOK was bitten by the dog during the scuffle and hit his head. Everyone involved panicked and dumped him outside. They Googled how long it takes to die from hypothermia. That's the nail in the coffin.
There was a fight inside the house. JOK was injured. The preparators placed him outside and decided to blame Karen Read. They got rid of the dog so no DNA testing could be done, tore up the basement, quickly sold the house at 50k under market value & destroyed their phones.

I mean, how do you seriously defend these officers having an open container of his blood next to the car in the police garage in the 21st century? Dr. Rentschuler, an expert in biomechanics, said that the injuries to Officer O'Keefe were inconsistent with a vehicular pedestrian strike.
Recall, Trooper Paul testified that his theory was that Officer O'Keefe jad his arm out when struck in the upper arm by the taillight and it shattered, cutting him. .....The medical examiner & the 2 retired doctors called as expert witnesses by the defense -- the latter 2 had both been MEs at some point in their careers -- all said that those 'cuts' to Officer O'Keefe's arm were not blunt force trauma injuries.
In fact, there was none of the blunt force trauma injury typically seen in vehicular pedestrian strikes on John O'Keefe's body below the neck, internally or externally. He was a serial killer.
This attorney was emotional at his funeral.

Lally was hopeless. He supported the bad things that the police did specifically allowing the reversed video in the sallyport without mentioning this to the court. Repeating evidence. Defending witnesses like McCabe. Appaling presentation of evidence when trying to prove how many drinks KR had drunk in the bar. And that is what I remember without thinking too much.

The problem will still be Proctor. AJ will call him if the commonwealth doesn’t like they said last time. And Proctor is the worst thing for this case. I honestly hope he looks at this and recommends to drop all the charges. There is not enough evidence to convict if what they presented last time is all they have

Proctor has to be called, he's the lead "investigator" who didn't investigate, no way around it.

      He's a disgrace to Massachusetts.

@@bufnelWho cares. He’s a pig with a foul mouth. He said terrible things about a cop killer. What’s worse? A person who kills a cop and leaves him for dead in the cold or a cop who bad mouths her to his buddies?
Let’s get serious with priorities here.
He went light to be honest.
If we went past all text msgs from cops about killers in the last 25 years then there would be way worse.
He couldn’t tamper with her tailight before 5;07am. So who cares. The car Karen owns is on camera. The hole is gaping for all to see if you pause it and zoom it. So the damage was done. You believe in Time Machines? They aren’t real.
Karen killed John Okeefe. 12:32 she went crazy reverse. 12:32 he never moved again. Poor John vomits on himself and is unconscious within seconds.
It’s proven he didn’t get in the house. Karen didn’t let him. The cheating psycho made sure he didn’t go anywhere. She’s blaming plows as a cover at 5am. Duh.
