It's vanilla, probably not even all graphics settings set to max. It does look good for it's age, and the new DLC locations look even better

nabeel box UK is also the most outdated region in ETS2. Made in 2008 for UK truck simulator. It dosen’t look like his guy has high graphics, only medium I think. Check out Road to the black sea and you will be suprised.
