And the thing is….when we stop constantly doing, our bodies actually relax and we soon realise just how tired we actually are ❤ Really liked the soundtracks on this one (pretty sure you don’t normally use them on vids?) and for me UA-cam whacked mid roll adverts in your vid 😮
