You hit it and broke its substitute three times in a row even though it had a +6 in its evasiveness stat.

The base chance of a hit with evasion +6 is 33.33%, and the chance of an evade is 66.67% (we're using Tackle, thank God, so the move itself is 100% accurate.) He Tackled that poor Bibarel 7 times out of 9 while its Evasion was maximized - I'm not calculating the probability over the whole encounter, with the lower levels of Evasion - that'd drive me mad.
We can pretty easily calculate the chances of dodging 7 out of 9 attacks in any given order by (.33)^7*(.66)^2, which is approx. .000186. Because it doesn't matter what order the attacks were dodged in, we use the Combination operation, or 9 C 7, which is 36: that is, there's 36 different orders to dodge 7 out of 9 attacks. 36 * .00186 is approximately .0067 out of 1, or .67%, or 33/5000. Not TAS level, but less than once every hundred battles.
tl;dr about 2/3rds of one percent you can go home now

My pokemon got sweeper by light necrozma but i use the dog thing and failed again so i quit and talk to npc because i have nothing to do and a lady give me focus sash after i learn what it do i give it to my dog then goes to rematch and i use counter because of that I'm the alola champion

Lady Caeda poke bank did not exist when pimpnite used this skarmory on another magikarp sweep. That means you couldnt transfer a skarmory with stealth rocks to sun and moon, since its a tutor move from b and w (i am not sure). Pimpnite's statement was that he received it from a trade, which is quite plausible.
