  • This is a documentary about Soviet and British air forces cooperation in Murmansk mid-air during September-November of 1941.
    When the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Winston Churchill, learned about German attack on the USSR, he offered help and ordered to send military equipment to Murmansk as a part of the first allies convoy called "Dervish", which included British "Hurricane" aircrafts, as well as 400 military specialists: pilots, engineers, technicians. The cooperation gained a name "Force Bennedict".
    Soviet and British pilots were patrolling the frontline and destroyed enemy's air force and training to fly the Hurricanes during time off from military duties.
