Hi. I connected the monitor to my canon m50 and the images on the monitor are black and white switching it on and off hasn’t helped.
You need to change your monitor settings. It sounds like you tapped one of the function buttons that was keyed to Focus mode.
How do I use the monitor with 4k?
Just plug it into your camera and the image will show up.
