Such beautiful landscapes ! Just seeing this woman laughing loud and riding alone fast on these desert tracks is a real pleasure ! Your offroad skills and Alaska match together, right tyres this time. Love these drone views which give us an idea of the scenery of so many unique places you go through. Nice choice of music too. Go on Lady, Go !
In years past there would be a miltary checkpoint where the cows were. She was only a couple of miles past the border between the states of Baja Sur California and Baja California. That is my prefered crossing when I go south. I prefer the dirt roads in Baja to the paved ones.
Baja Mexico is a special place in the universe. I was fortunate to have gone through there, my son and I when he was 4 years old. We had a 4x4 and only rode mostly on dirt and courogated tracks. We camped our way down from San Felipe toward the south along the Sea of Cortes. Stopping at different beaches every night. It was amazing and magical. Watching your footage brings suadade for the place. Great footage! Thank you for sharing. It brings me back to those great memories. I ran into a man who had an outpost there. He had no legs and rode an ATV. Cans and bottles hanging from his fence. He was very hospitable and offered us drinks. Truly an amazing adventure. My son is now 12 and perhaps we will go back again soon.
You're in the middle of a desert and just enjoying the cactuses, while I'm in my sofa thinking all sorts of problems I could experiment in a similar situation (tire puncture, engine failure, a fall). Of course you're prepared for everything (I guess you have an emergency phone in case of real danger), but I'm honestly fascinated by the tranquillity you show in your videos, always smiling. You're such an inspiration!
The giant cacti you saw are called Cardons. When you are surounded by them you are in a Cardonal. These are not the same as the Suhuaros you see in the US. There is a transition zone around San Felipe where you can find both. The giant candle shaped one is called a Cirilo. The plant with the tiny red flowers is an ocotillo, seeds are edible as much protien as sunflower. The giant pad cacti are called Nopal, are edible and eaten widely. Considered one of the few plants that can reduce colesterol. It also has a large fruit that is edible and very sweet and used to make candy. The local brewery makes a mead out of them. Did not look like it was a race. More like a tour. Racers would be racing.
Many people here in Mexico believe nopales (21:14) can reduce blood sugar too, I'm not sure about that but many doctors here recommend to eat those, tasty with pork meat in chili sauce. Even Chinese people are growing them in their country. The fruit is called tuna, they can be green or red, very sweet, full of little "rocks" inside (I don't know if are seeds).
@JG Lots of cacti have the red fruits. They are all called tuna. The flat pad like one are in the genud Opuntia. The prickly pear is a more northern species. It has a smaller pad more spines and smaller fruit. Nopales are much bigger have fewer, but longer, spines and taste better.
@JG I should have said in San Felipe all those red fruits are called tuna. But after a google search the fruit of the Seienicercerus Hylocereeae is called a pitaya or pitajya not tuna. But when I see them for sale they are just called tuna de pitaya. They just call that species of cactus pitaya around here. Very few people know the scientific names of the plants around here. That specific type of cactus does not grow around San Felipe. So you are correct in saying the term tuna refers to the fruit of the Opuntia genus, which includes the prickly pear.
@@robertkinson6527 Fruits area called according to the region. In the case of Nopal plants fruit, Tuna/Pitalla/Higo (as in Colombia they are called) should be related to the same.
It's funny how we tend to imagine a place totally wrong. Never having been to Baja California, I imagined it to be a big sand bar, with a few cacti thrown in. Thanks for showing us all the wonderful geologic diversity of each place you visit. Your drone shots have altered my perspective and added mountains to Baja! Thank you.

Wow! I agree Noraly, that was one of the most interesting rides you've been on. Huge cacti, small ones .... All different types. Its clear that you took pride in your work and you took the time to make sure to have great content. Good job. Thanks for the hard work.
How could the footage be boring, with so many laughs of pure pleasure???? We can feel the pure pleasure in riding, just you, your motorcycle and the hole world! Just for you! Thank you!

Never stops amazing me with her off tarmac road riding skills. Then making the best videos all alone in the middle of nowhere. What can you say incredible.
The interesting cacti are boojum trees (the strange looking ones), ocotillo, cordons (close relative to the Saguaro), varieties of prickly pear, organ pipe and cholla, among others. I believe you are in the borders of if not in the great Sonoran Desert. Thank you for the great tour of the Baja.
I’m on a race team that races in Baja and I’ve been waiting to see what you think of them long stretches for high speed sections! Awesome to watch you enjoy Baja as well!
It seemed that you had your own Baja Rally. Your speed was sometimes over 100 kilometers/hour on loose sand. 😀 You are so pro rider on sand.👍 You had won all those other rally riders. Drone clips were again amazing specially that one from the cacti forest. Keep on going Noraly.
I rally did enjoy this leg of your journey. You & Alaska’s new tires performed like champions. We have cacti at home but nothing to compared to this locale. Ride On !
When you put the drone up midway through, I stopped the video several times to examine and appreciate the traces of past water flow across the land, as well as the terrain in general. Those cacti, and other vegetation, have the look of unique plants that have not been disturbed for a very long time - beautiful! I stopped the video to look up Baja desert plants. The really prickly, strange one is called the Boojum Tree. Perfect name for it, somehow. 😄
Thanks for stopping to show the details and variety of some of the amazing vegetation that manages to thrive in that dry environment. What a fascinating world we share with all that!
I have great respect for Noraly ! Her journeys through different countries and meeting a lot of people shows Al of us we can do it ! Thank you itchy Boots
Ride the rally! Lol… backwards, but you were still in the rally! The desert 🌵 terrain is so beautiful, yet desolate. Your aerial footage always displays the beauty of the area you are riding. What a wonderful day of riding. Ride safe Noraly!
I think you have captured the desolate beauty of Baja in all its glory, usually when someone refers to Baja it is Cabo San Lucas or La Paz but there is so much more. The scenery is surreal to someone not used to that environment but attests to the diverse features of our world, Amazing! What memories you are making! All the best!
The only thing I hope is that those places keep free of people and tourism like that now, specifically the yank...those spring brakers and the poor mexicans who love to destroy everything.
Whoop Whoop! The Rally "MAGNETS" were really pulling you along!! zoom zoom... Sand, Rocks and giant cacti at 120kph!! Fantastic! 😁👍 Thanks for taking us along 😉🤩 Respect, Safe Travels 💖🏍🤠

It looks like that one fascinating tree at 20:40 is a Boojum Tree, almost entirely limited to just Baja California! Cool, nice to experience something new.

When I was young, (living in a city) My mother did not understand why I loved the desert so much. She said every thing was dead and there was nothing out there. I told her that she was just not looking. I now live in the Mohave Desert and love it.

Planet Earth 🌍 is beautiful! Thank you for reminding us through your journey Noraly!
Epic terrain. Mexico feels like one whole continent...it's so vast and diverse
It is the 5 most megadiverse country in the world. Imagine the fifth country with the most species and habitats in the world and if you saw the previous videos the only climate that this country does not have is the taiga and the polar climate
I assumed you meant a political rally. I was very confused. Not sure which kind of rally would have been more worrisome.
@@luisalbertopatinoalcazar7370 no polar climate but in some parts of Mexico snows…
@@MGOMEZ78 Sure, snow falls in winter, even in areas that could be considered tropical (Guadalajara, areas of Colima, etc); but there are no places with extreme cold weather or permafrost, characteristics of the taiga or polar climate
@@MGOMEZ78 revisa los reportajes de un pueblo que se llama La Rosilla en Durango… jaja
Your respect and reverence for the natural landscape is heartwarming. Thank you for sharing your journey.
"My GPS says go straight through that group of cows. Sorry guys." Funniest thing I have heard you say, another great episode. Thank you!
Jajaja. No siempre es necesario hacerle caso al gps 😂
In years past there would be a miltary checkpoint where the cows were. She was only a couple of miles past the border between the states of Baja Sur California and Baja California. That is my prefered crossing when I go south. I prefer the dirt roads in Baja to the paved ones.
Those cows are probably used to it. 😂
Listening to your joy and excitement for the ride is the best thing about this video! Love it!
Cheers from 🇨🇦
Baja Mexico is a special place in the universe.
@@My_Fair_Lady Ohh, He was a nice and welcoming gentleman. May he rest in peace.
You're such an inspiration!
who's she gonna call? the AA??
@@roadwarrior8560 yeah Alcoholics Anonymous. But no, you actually call 911 for EMS, just like in the States.
@@SeekanDestroy03 pretty sure they meant AAA not AA. Lol
"Im on my own rally - the opposite direction" love your humor Noraly♡ The scenery is spectacular!
Best quote in this episode.
I love the absolute joy in your voice when on the fast dirt trek... great vid
Also these huge cactus are called Sahuaros.
Es tan increíble que estés en México, te deseo todo lo mejor del mundo, eres una mujer super valiente, te admiro 🌿🌎✨🇲🇽
That boulder field at 21:30 warms my rock climber heart. I could spend weeks out there.
Thank you.
Lol. She's a geologist by profession. Turned offroad biker. The heavy duty offroad guy is Charly Sinewan, who helped her in Guatemala a few months ago.
@@channguyen8529 I've watched her for years. I also spent time in the mining industry, so yep... I know a bit about our Noraly.
Charly was, however, new to me because I've ridden a motorcycle a total of one time in my life, and I put that one into a chain-link fence because I didn't get the "leaning" part right! heheh
Noraly , You have THE BEST show on You Tube ever ! What an amazing entry today ! Thank you so much for sharing . Monday , Wednesday and Fridays are my favourite days !
Noraly, each of your episodes is a work of art. And totally engrossing. Remarkable. Great ride.
I have never had so much respect for a woman , you are so so amazing…I bet your mum is very proud of you. I wished I had your courage!! xxx
OMGosh, I was thimking I was gonna say that this is the most best fun you've had riding and in your next breath you said just that. Amazing ride Noraly.
I am catching up to you , now halfway thru season 5 ! ! !
75 MPH on a dirt road and laughing like a fool and wanting to go faster ! ! !
You ARE the balls ! 😊😊😊😊😊😊
I think it was 75kph
First: none of the rides have never been boring. Second:your trip thru Mexico deserves an award 👏...Noraly you are amazing...almost there.
Thank you señorita, stay adventurous 🙏
In one word: Amazing ! What an incredible scenery exists on this planet, and what a variety even in one country, when I realize you travelled in the jungle some weeks ago, it is hardly imaginable that this is also Mexico. I am glued to the screen on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - your adventures have become a fixed part of my program ...
México has everything.
I was born and raised in this desert. This video makes me yearn for my childhood.
Adicted to this channel , just love the journey . Couldn't wait for more .
Never boring! What a beautiful world we live in. thank you for helping us see it!
without a doubt ..some of the most beautiful scenery i've ever seen ..is like being on another planet ..thank you Noraly and Alaska ..be safe always ...
Buenos días Noraly, mujer valiente que nos hace deleitar nuestros ojos y corazones con sus viajes por cada país que visita.
Itchy boots is my favorite channel just saying this is pure fantastic adventure and entertainment and look how beautiful Alaska rides and the beautiful adventures so much fun Noraly living her best life 🙌🏻🏍👏✌️👍🏻🇺🇸💛
Always thoroughly enjoy your content. These are areas that I will never see (mostly because my 833lb Honda Goldwing won't traverse those off road treks) but through your cameras, I can see these places. Never Ever stop doing what you do.
Mexico desert is beautiful. Wish I could go out there and explore too. It's once in a lifetime experience some of us are missing out on.
Mi admiración para ti Noraly ! Estoy aprendiendo a ser como tú ! Nunca es tarde para aprender ! Mujer empoderada y valiente💜🇲🇽
Noraly, This was awe inspiring. I've seen desert in the Southwestern USA but nothing like this. So many varieties of cacti living, coexisting side by side among those awesome rocks! Nature is beautiful. I've no doubt that you truly enjoyed that ride!
every time Noraly flying her drone all by herself, it feels like she's an interstellar explorer on another planet mapping the environment with the drone
That is so true!
I feel the same but it happens when she drops off her bike and star walking around in that funny suit
yeah too see how her drone flying is like keeps moving above her automatically😅
Wow! I agree Noraly, that was one of the most interesting rides you've been on. Huge cacti, small ones .... All different types. I thought the rocky desert drone footage was excellent as well as the other first class drone excursions. You did a phenomenal job on todays video. Its clear that you took pride in your work and you took the time to make sure to have great content. Good job. Thanks for the hard work.
@@BandaCano jajaja seguramente
Asi es Noraly tambien! ❤
How could the footage be boring, with so many laughs of pure pleasure???? We can feel the pure pleasure in riding, just you, your motorcycle and the hole world! Just for you! Thank you!
Absolutely one of the best episodes ever. Seeing you having so much fun is a great experience, and really contagious. Stunning drone shots at the end as well.
Your videos are addictive and infectious. Your unbridled enthusiasm every minute of the day just puts a smile on my face.
No matter how difficult or challenging the situation is you always face it with a smile and that always makes me feel better.
I’m an old biker now and could never manage the trails that you use it’s highways only for me now but at least I can dream through your videos I wish you all the success in the world happy trails.
Without doubt the best content on UA-cam, the drone footage is amazing as is the shear enthusiasm that Noraly brings to each and every part.

I heard about your ride this past weekend. and do not hesitate to look for you and follow you. wow woman you are the best. I am from Mexico City. i live in palm springs california. You passed very close to my house. and that fills me with great emotion. I am also a motorcyclist. I have the same taste as you but on federal roads. my travels are only within the United States. my house is your house to rest and eat. whenever you want. Thank you for all those beautiful places that you help us to know. Central America. it's beautiful. Thanks to you I got to know more about Mexico. may God continue to protect you in your adventure. I wish you luck.
Super impressed with the scenery, Alaska’s handling on the desert tyres (great choice), your expert riding skills, the very fast sand sections, the cacti forest and showing us another region that we knew very little about. Thank you Noraly for taking us on your adventure to these amazing places. Keep safe and enjoy!
Noraly, I have enjoyed travelling the world with you and this is another fabulous episode. May you ride safe forever.
Your journey through Mexico is awesome to watch. Your great personality is a plus. I traveled to Mexico for 35 years to surf the Pacific Coast. I do regret I never traveled there on my motorcycle.
My favourite ride so far. I am so glad my husband found your channel a few years back!
Fantastic footage, awesome editing! Never, ever boring!!! Im fact I was sat on the edge of my seat more in this one than any other looking for rally riders. 🤣
That’s just crazy, but fascinating, it just took over my attention and I was totally involved in the storyline. One of the most beautiful motorcycle videos I’ve seen. I’m Mexican and astonished with the nature and the beauty. Thanks Noraly.
Amazing Noraly!! Your perseverance and resilience is to be greatly admired. You continue to be a great inspiration to everyone on a motorcycle adventure!!
Thanks for all you do
Derek
Noraly, I enjoy how you thrive when getting out into the remote areas on your own. You have a wonderful spirit. Keep exploring. BTW...my family loves Baja too, amazing place.
Noraly, great riding with the exact right tires, great scenery, great footage. thank you a bunch.
The right tires make a huge difference between having a great time laughing, or struggling and sweating. ♥️🙂
Never stops amazing me with her off tarmac road riding skills. Then making the best videos all alone in the middle of nowhere. What can you say incredible.
This video explains why the Baja Rally is so famous and popular. Best to you.
Loved every kilometer you have filmed in baja and your comments about our land and our people,,, thank you :)
Thank you to show the other face of my México....🇲🇽 we are more good people than bad ones....
Cual otra cara de Mexico? Le paso algo malo en otra parte del país ? Reséñala por favor!
It's really cool seeing how many different landscapes you drive through over the past month
Your laugh made me smile, then you said “I’ll make my own rally” Noraly you are wonderful! 👍💪
I live in the northern. Nevada desert. And it's coming alive from all the water we've had. Beautiful picks keep up the good work. Keep it real.
Ooh Wow,this Baja trip is epic.
The diverse terrain is really amazing.Bless up.
Watching from Sydney Australia
Loved the line, "I'll make my own rally!".
Whoop Whoop! The Rally "MAGNETS" were really pulling you along!! zoom zoom... Sand, Rocks and giant cacti at 120kph!!
Fantastic! 😁👍 Thanks for taking us along 😉🤩 Respect, Safe Travels 💖🏍🤠
Your relentless, tireless, enthusiasm and interest in everything is so inspiring......and you have evolved into a VERY good of road rider, and superb presenter that will take you many more places I'm certain 👍👍
I never thought cacti could be so diverse, beautiful and interesting! Baja is a riding and cacti paradise, i think! The route you chose, your entire ride was just WOW, exciting, challenging and full of desert beauty! Thanks a lot!
A mountainous desert cacti jungle! Only Itchy! "Am I on the right path - I think so!" With Noraly it's always the right road!
It looks like that one fascinating tree at 20:40 is a Boojum Tree, almost entirely limited to just Baja California! Cool, nice to experience something new.
Wonderful! It would seem like Noraly went to another planet. The spectacular terrain. The strange vegetation. No people. What an excellent video she gave us today. I would love to go to all those places Noraly has taken us to.
The large tall cactus you’re seeing is Saguaro Cactus. In the US they only grow in Arizona. Ride safe and have fun. 🇺🇸
Your sense of loving our land is incredible. You are caressing meter to meter the surface of the entire planet. You will be in history Noraly. My compliments
When I was young, (living in a city) My mother did not understand why I loved the desert so much. She said every thing was dead and there was nothing out there. I told her that she was just not looking. I now live in the Mohave Desert and love it.
Amazing day trip, and views are stunning, desert roads but with no friendly rally runners but adrenaline is at top this day. Simply amazing. Thanks Noraly for this amazing video.
No wonder Baja is home to famous off-road rallies (Baja 1000, 500, etc.) beautiful sightseeing, terrain... it's otherworldly! I like that you're enjoying this ride, keep conquering the Baja roads, safe rides!!!
You are catching the essence of humanity and life on planet Earth, thanks for sharing.
Arizona boy here - so many familiar cacti! The big saguaros, those crazy boojum trees (20:34), prickly pear, cholla, ocotillo... lots of these only grow in the Sonoran Desert (which you're in) so I'm glad you like them! LOVING this ride!
Se los juro, no hay lugar mas impresionante que el desierto de baja.👍👍 Realmente es otro planeta y ecosistemas
This season just keeps giving absolutely mind blowing scenery, what a beautiful landscape thanks for sharing your adventures take care and ride safe ❤🌟

Hello Noraly. Beautiful landscapes, scenery of the desert and the giant Saguaro and beautiful people makes your adventure enjoyable. I really love it Noraly . Keep safe always from the Land of Smile 😃
Incredible route where I travel through the desert and spectacular aerial views. Thank you Noraly for making our imagination travel through those places with you
