Excellent very spontaneous and natural.
There are many people who play the violin perfectly. The important thing is to carry your soul to the strings of the violin. Art starts here. 🥰🥰🥰 for your interpretation.

i dont know how i got here. But know Im in love. You are left hended ?
Melodramatic body movements, overly aggressive style of playing (she might have picked that up from that guy "Hauser" who reminds me of "Animal" from The Muppets) and over-the-top over-embellishment. At first glance, I was impressed with her, but the more I watch her, the more turned off I get by all of the melodrama, which seems like attention-seeking. Her violin playing is like Mariah Carey's singing, far too many notes. Where did people get this idea that the more notes there are, the better it is? Just play the damn music, play it nicely, and stop all of the melodrama. It's nothing but hot-dogging. Her nickname should be "Hollywood."
Hi Art, I know I shouldn't reply, but I can't help it. :) This piece was meant to be over the top and just for fun! Sorry if it wasn't clear that I was being purposely silly and showy. I enjoy playing a variety of genres and moods.. sorry this one isn't your favorite. Thanks for watching in any case!
@@carolinetheviolinistofficial Sorry for my harshly critical tone, I just wanted to see if you actually read these comments. I'm glad that you do. With that said, I've noticed the same stylistic aggressiveness in your live performances, not just this one. I like players such as Juliane Merse who can play the heck out of that violin and don't need to bob and weave like a prize fighter ducking punches when she plays. But keep getting exposure, I like it when someone takes an orchestral instrument like the violin, which has been traditionally been perceived as square and haughty and makes it seem cool to the younger generation. We need to get the younger generation appreciating music that fits the definition of REAL music, meaning that it consists of the 3 elements, harmony, melody, and rhythm. The garbage they're listening to today only has rhythm combined with record-scratching sounds and dark hate speak that rhymes. That's not music. Anything that promotes the appreciation of REAL music to the younger generation, I'm in favor of it. Unlike a lot of violinists, you have star power (the other commenters have heaped on the description of what defines star power, so I won't repeat it) and I encourage you to use this power to further the cause of promoting music appreciation among our youths as much as you can. I know you've been doing it, just keep doing it. Good for you, and congratulations on all of your success.
@@artvandelay8090 Thank you so much for these ideas - I couldn't agree more that we need to make classical and instrumental music more accessible to younger generations - one way to do this is find occasions to be more informal and appear to be having fun, rather than too serious and stiff.. But not at the expense of the quality of playing, and not instead of musical substance.. any movements should only enhance the visual experience of performance, not be so over the top that it is silly.. but, look at Lindsey Stirling's success - good for her! Anyway, I don't read all comments because I don't get notifications and rarely go to UA-cam to read comments.. I probably should to be more friendly to viewers! :) And yes, I hope in the future you will be less harsh, because we are all out here doing our best. Musicians are in a tough spot during covid, so we could use some good energy coming our way! :)
@@carolinetheviolinistofficial Lindsey Stirling? Please! I don't like to even give her credence by mentioning her name. She's not in the same league. You've got great technical chops and musicianship and you could easily pass major orchestral auditions. Lindsey Stirling on the other hand, is a pretender and a total sellout. She must have realized very early on that she can't play the violin worth a damn, so she decided to combine exotic dancing from the strip clubs with violin playing and then put a whole troupe of dancers around her to take attention away from her below-average violin playing. She just loves to squat and lift a leg every chance she gets to show everyone her crotch. That's not musicianship. That's the thing, if we're going introduce children to music and get them to appreciate music, let's get them to appreciate the music for the expression, the emotion, the beauty, and the artistry of the music itself. Don't hide the music behind all of the distracting drama, the costumes, the dancing, the western scenes. Stirling takes all of the focus off of the music and puts it on everything else but the music. What you are doing Caroline is light years above what she is doing. Just keep doing what you're doing Caroline, you're great. Just be true to the music and don't lose focus on it for the sake of commercialism. With the state that the world is in today, we need music more than ever before. Aside from the whining that I was doing before, your playing is still superb, you evoke lots of emotion in your playing and that's what good interpretation of music is supposed to do. The more I think about it, I think our society is partly to blame from things being over-the-top. Everything has to be over-done and over-the -top these days and I think you may have fallen into that trap a bit. But you're still great, I love your artistry. I'm grateful that you are out there carrying the torch for music and musicians everywhere. Keep it up. I'll be watching, listening, and loving it, I'm sure. And I hope that you will take the time to pass on your gift by teaching students and mentoring the next Caroline Campbell--or several of them! Best wishes for your continued success.
