Schuylkill County Commissioners Meeting - May 8, 2024

Schuylkill County Commissioners gather for their regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, May 8, at the Courthouse in Pottsville.
Notably on the agenda for this meeting is the approval of a contract extension for Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates, a third-party firm the County first hired back in 2008 to complete a site option analysis plan for a proposed pre-release prison in Schuylkill County.
The County hired the firm again in 2018 and then in 2023. The contract extension granted expires now in July.
