I know this is unrelated, but I have a myth. What happens if the first (attacking) team doesn't push the payload at ALL? Not even 0.01cm. Will the 2nd team of attackers just get an instant win once the round starts? Or will they have to push it 0.01m in order to get the win?

Developers can only count till 1,counting till 2 takes an extra degree
Wow, Sombra can one-clip most squishes and most of the healers, turn invisible before any meaningful damage can be done to her, heals passively, and they thought she still wasn’t strong enough.
I know a lot of others got buffed too, but this character ruins almost every game I’m in when they’re on the enemy team.

I don't mind the reaper buff, he's struggled a good bit in OW2. I don't understand the Sombra and Mei buffs, they felt fine as is before the patch.

Not a single soul asked for an Orisa buff.
Having the charge build up faster at the makes sense as you rarely get a full charge off anyway.
Orisa could still easily team wipe before this patch though if your team coordinates with you. I don't see why they thought this was the buff she needed. My greatest complaint with tanks like orisa and rein is their lacklustr mobility tbh. Also orisa has been buffed for about 3 to 4 patches in a row can we stop now or is there something else that needs tuning?
@@mentlegen3887 if your team pays attention or you have voice chat. With randoms you mostly use it fast as everybody just runs out.
Orisa is pretty fast. At least in comparison to when I play Sigma. XD
@@Chameleonxx3 I use her ult when the enemy team uses their cooldowns, and the pull effect is more important in my opinion than the damage. Ah well I don't main orisa and have only played her vs other orisas, I might not be the most reliable source of orisa gameplay
I mean I would rather see the ultimate apply hinder to everyone in range and just make the damage apply a percentage of the health similar to how sigmas ultimate works. Make it cap at 50% like his ult.
@KarQ Important - Rein Nerf - If you charge into a Orisa who is golden (used fortify) you will fall on the ground (get countercharged) and this also works in her ultimate AND its the same if you charge against a mauga who is using overrun --> you will also fall on the ground!
I believe the Mauga one was in the game from the beginning
@@ciach0_ With Mauga it was kinda weird in the beginning - because if you would charge and the Mauga was ranking into you - it literally stopped the charge on the collision point - but you didnt fall on the ground - so jeah after that mid season Patch - you will fall on the ground now

4:35. did you know if you toss your Translocator at Tracer's Puls bomb at just the right time the Translocator will push the Bomb into the Direction you teleported to.
it will stick to the Translocator but Sombra will be safe.
I accidentally pulled it off one time and killed Tracer with her own bomb. Wish I had it recorded. :(

I think they should buff junkrat - not being able to kill ANY SUPPORT with slow and direct hit projectiles is a pain. They should either make single bomb deal 125 damage or make it travel faster so the damage is more consistent
Always been confused why they don’t make impact projectiles like kiriko and hanzo arrows have conic hit boxes. It would fix the entire issue of hitting the chest first issue
They made Sombra's translocators break railings, but have they fixed its hitbox to not be twice the size of the model, causing it to clip on things it was half a foot away from?
Does the new healing UI show brigitte's healing inspire? Because I hate how much people I come across that don't know how brig heals and immediately assume im bad and I can't heal
Brig's Inspire is AOE, not a buff/debuff effect

Literally all this did was remove some of the tiny amount of team
play hog actually provided by letting him set up for dps and peel for his team. They've actively nerfed both of those things so bad hog players have an easier time one shotting

To shake up the game, it got a lot of publicity and player numbers spiked. Everyone thought "What is blizzard doing!!! They're ruining their game!!!" But everyone also thought "it looks goofy I wanna try it"
That lifeweaver “buff” is literally nothing 😭 they need to give you a reason to use needles. Maybe they charge healing or have a lock on effect after a certain number of hits?
From what I heard from a couple of live weaver mains, this is actually really good. Yeah, 1.15 seconds is kinda tuff but it actually gives him a 3.28% increase healing because of the charge buff and the passive nerf. So on paper it doesnt sound good. But in games its actually really good
You realize the heal gun reloads automatically while thorns are out?
That's your reason to use thorns. Every time the heal needs a reload, pull out thorns and maximize your uptime.

It kinda feels like they are gonna end up reverting the health buffs with damage buffs. We’ll see though
I don't like sym turrets health buff. It punished a sym for bad turret placement with a quick and easy disposal method. Now you'll have to dedicate an entire 2nd melee hit or waste a shot on it. It also doesn't make sense they're buffing turrets again, because not too long ago they mentioned wanting to shift focus from sym turrets and have a bigger focus on her actual weapon.
Overall I don't like that they buffed the supports, especially LW's raw healing, as that's why we have inflated health bars and replaced an actually satisfying passive a few months ago.

I was going in to this thinking that the dps passive nerf will make tank a little less unfun. Then they buffed a bunch of characters that melt tanks.
Sombra is not focusing tank 90% of the time, reaper got his ult buffed which is very weak against tanks, mei only got ammo and self healing buff, torbs turret is tickling tanks. The only change affecting tanks is symmetra which had like 1% pick rate.
On the other hand they buffed nearly every tanks, it IS a great patch for tanks

i remember when they nerfed hog because his one shotting potential was insane. they literally keep going back and forth with his hook distance. they increased everyone's health, now they're increasing so manay character's damage across the board, it's just going back the way they came.

Blizzard really saw Sombra and Orisa, the most gigabusted heroes with the lowest skill floor of their respective roles, and decided to buff them some more

@@cf7804that would be high skill ceiling I think. Saying low skill floor implies that she’s easy for anyone to start using which is pretty accurate. But obviously a more skilled sombra can use her more effectively
@@necrosis6037 I wouldn’t say she’s easy for anyone to pick up and use effectively. Her damage is overall low, you need good spacial awareness and timing to actually have effective damage with sombra. If your not using her in a certain way, she’s useless and has no value to the team

People overreacted about the doom change. Right outside the inner ring, it does 90ish DMG.
I just hope they dont buff or nerf right now since he's really good and is in the best state, aside from new bugs, he's ever been for a while.
@@mentlegen3887 Doom is worse than s8, even if you ignore the new bugs. Yes he's been better than a lot of other tanks this season, but that's not because doom is good, it's because tank in general is underpowered atm and doom similar to ball can at least run away.
@@lukasg4807 I sorta agree, the dps passive makes his on field presence even less threatening than it already was so he super volatile, but th buff to his punch means dives, especially when coordinated with other dps pressure from your team, are a lot more effective. Doom in season 8 could barely kill anything. His ult is marginally better offensively which is nicer since you can maintain ok pressure vs supports and mobility heroes.
I know what you mean to an extent, you're still not able to take space like an orisa or sigma can (and certainly not as easily) but literally every part of his kit is better than season 8 counterpart now. The bugs are pretty fucked up though

Wondering who at Blizzard is in love with Ramattra, dude never gets nerfs only buffs and has basically all the other tanks abilities in one.
He’s not really deserving of nerfs in my opinion especially with the dps passive. If his barrier is down or he runs in with his ult he just gets melted
They also specifically excluded him from the melee dmg buff compensation for the higher hp so he's still doing a pitiful 60 per punch making a squishy kill take an extra punch. Don't forget they also didn't buff annihilation which is still at 30dps so it basically just tickles you now and tells you bedtime stories.
Not the Sym buffs I was hoping for but those turret changes are definitely going to make turret bombing a thing again
What does sym need anyways? I agree she's kinda weak especially compared to the ranged rapid fire hitscan heroes. Would you buff her beam? It is pretty weak and short ranged. Or give her more health?

@@mentlegen3887 I think her damage is excellent. One of the best in the game but it’s her consistency in getting it off that hurts her. You have to 3 tap a target to kill them with the orbs, which is very hard to do consistently, you have the lvl3 beam which is also hard to pull off as she needs to be close and doesn’t have something to protect her like say Zarya does with her bubbles. If they reduce charge time of the orb or speed of it, I think that would help. I feel buffing her turrets just causes people to hate her more as it’s the unskillful part of her kit
i think she should be 275 hp hero cause she needs to be close to enemy. Why mei, reaper and torb have 300hp and she is 250? Mei can snipe with her weapon, torb also and reaper is reaper lol her turrets are useless i mean 30 dmg? Everyone can literally destroy it with 2 shots

You forgot a hidden buff, Orisa can now stun Reinhardt when fortified so whenever Rein wants to make space through charge orisa can just walk in front and fortified to stun him. Doomfist punch doesn’t get stunned from fortified, brig shield bash doesn’t get stunned, and every other mobility in the game does not get stunned from orisa fortified.
Wow I hope they keep adding more orisa on rein specific interactions like this!!!! It's so cool that rein can't charge past her spin, can't block her ult, and gets punished for charging fortify even more than before! Next thing your gonna tell me is that orisa will be able to crit reins shield next patch!!!
Reminder that Mauga, a bare chested man can just run and be unstoppable. But the man in full armor being propelled by a rocket gets stopped by everything. Feels like it should be the opposite way around

I say give him either reduced charge cooldowns or better base walk speed with and without shield!

The brig buff couldve been returning the 30m range of pack instead of the cd reduction. And instead of the rally buff, it could have been reverted to just making her normal shield back to 300.

I just hope they don't butcher my mama gameplay loop he's the most fun hero I've played since the game launched and he's my way of coping with the current state of rein
Shredded it in a Hanzo game earlier without reading patch notes, 12 long range finishes, 35% crit accuracy, 40 odd kills. Guess I was more used to how Hanzo was before and wasn't keen on the changes to his projectiles. Glad they've reverted it.

I’m a bit skeptical about almost every hero getting a buff. I was expecting to see way more nerfs, especially for Tracer and other hitscans. Hopefully the dps passive nerf will be enough but I’m skeptical.
The awful thing is that the dps passive s far as we know still can be applied with stray bullets cross map, which is silly. It should be a ramp up, and honestly I don't mind the passive being at 20 percent, it just needs to be not immediately at max from my opinion.
