I enjoyed Ring Shout. One of the characters you may have to read aloud to understand what she's saying, it's an old southern dialect if I am remembering correctly, but I didn't have a problem where others may have. I do wish he wrote a sequel for this book. Not sure yet what I'm reading for next month, but enjoy your selection, lots of great books to read. 😊
I love seeing that your TBR is so large, it makes me feel better haha. I have a 300 book physical TBR that I'm working through, but I've added many books to it in January. I have a book buying problem as well!
I get so inspire to read more books from my own bookshelf. I tend to borrow books from my library more than read my own books 😂 I read dead of winter in december-january and i really loved that one
Can’t wait to see what you think about Love Theoretically!! So excited about this TBR I feel like it’s a good one 🤞🏽 🧬🧪🧫👩🏽🔬 (is 4 science emojis enough? lol)
I just read The Simple Wild in January and really enjoyed it! I have been putting off The Diviners Series for so long, I really need to try to get into it soon.
Not you starting off with sounding sick! Are you just getting over something? 🙈 I'm on day 9 of the flu at the minute so in that boat for sure! Thankfully over most of my symptoms now! I like the new twist on your fate rules. We all need to read our owned books more often! I was cheering for All the Sinners Bleed to come up on that wheel! 😂 I did enjoy Love, Theoretically though and I suppose it fits better to have more romance in Feb. I assumed the added books to overall TBR were just Christmas and not a buying thing at all. Maybe can cut yourself some slack with that logic? 😊 Wild at Heart was good! You are right that book 1 was my favourite but here's hoping you also enjoy the sequel! I was a bit sad when the final book followed Marie instead but it was also still enjoyable for me just not quite as good as the first 2!
Omg yes I have been sick for three weeks it’s been awful, but definitely not as bad as the flu so I feel for you!! Yes I really want to read more owned books!! I’ve heard great things about all the sinners bleed but I agree, romance is better for February! I love K.A tuckers writing so I’m sure I will love it but I don’t know if it was necessary? Lol 💕💕
@@onceuponabookishsteph Three weeks though?! That sucksss! Reading more owned books is definitely a goal of mine this year too. 😄 I haven't read All the Sinners Bleed yet but have read and loved 2 other SA Cosby books so I have high hopes! I think there's a case for it being necessary because it really deals with them settling into a life together despite their differences which makes it more believable that they're together in a way since their personalities are so different if that makes sense?
I just hauled the rest of the Diviners series. I have only read the first one so far, but will be reading the second one in March. I loved the Simple Wild. I haven't continued the series because I thought the first book was perfect as it was. I hope your reads go well.🧪

Ugh I think Love, Theoretically is probably my favorite of her books. Aside from Bride. I thought Bride was hilarious. I hope you love it!
tbh, I love that you have a lot of unread books.

People Like Her is on my TBR for February also. I’ve never heard of or read anything from this author and can’t wait to hear what you think of it.
Oouuu I love that for us!!! 💕 I’ve read one other book by the author and it wasn’t my favourite 🫤

Yes the simple wild is so good! Love a good Alaskan backdrop 💕💕

🔬 I really want to read Stalking Jack the Ripper, i just haven't yet
Ooo Ring Shout is on my reread list, I feel like I liked it but the audio was a little hard to understand at times
🧪 Hope to hear your thoughts on Stalking Jack the Ripper!

I DNFd People Like Her in December. Just was not my jam.
Omg nooo 🫣 I’m so scared now

I like the change for the fate! It makes more sense to try and read as much of your owned books as possible. 🧪🧬
