Carla feeling so poorly and being scared of psychotic relapse - HEARTBREAKING. Lisa thinking Carla's leaving because of the last night - 💔 Again, I CAN'T COPE 🤧
@@PikachuMannequin I guess it’s been mostly sorted but it ended up feeling a little underwhelming when it should have been a birthday to celebrate with a new relationship… desperate to get to Mondays episode but more drama in store that might overshadow what’s going on for them directly
Hard to be honest when you're so afraid of abandonment.. a random attack from a burglary is one thing but her history is coming back to bite her and being afraid of Lisa seeing how vulnerable she's been with so much in the past.. that's a lot to deal with
@@JudithDArcy yes. Very rough but she felt rejected so much by the initial thought she’d left the country and then to find out it was a lie to keep her away. Hard spot to be in, and she did have Rot and Ryan there… hard tho bc I love Carla and feel for her
We know from the producer that they want to keep these two together and i remember reading that 2025 won’t be an easy year but they will be united. I hope anyway! It was too sad this episode
If Lisa has two missed calls from him, you'd think she might call back... might not realise it's about Carla but didn't realise they were close enough for it to be about anything else..
I think I would've rather had her psychosis sl back over the kidney one again, just cause Ali was phenomenal in that sl. Plus, it would've been good to see just how well Lisa would do by her side

How to fit 18yrs of Carla Connor into this tiny box….. Let’s just say Carla has fought the world and won 🙌 (But yes she has already had a Kidney transplant and also had a major mental breakdown that required time with psychiatric specialists)
Carla has been through every possible thing you can think of! Her psychosis storyline was a build up of all the trauma she's been through over the years. She needed a kidney transplant a while ago because of her heavy drinking..... And she's still drinking a lot! Her brother Aidan gave her his kidney, but soon after he sadly committed suicide. That's just one trauma that contributed to her psychosis. The other main trauma was the factory roof collapse that killed her sisters (Kate) wife-to-be (Rana). Carla ignored advice about getting the factory roof fixed and blamed herself for Rana's death.

@ she did apologise for it though … only one more lie to deal with… hopefully they’re communicating more in the next few episodes
I love Carla but I think she needs to tell Lisa where she is
She finds out she’s at the hospital cause Ryan comes home

Watching this again it’s surprising that Lisa didn’t return any of Roy’s calls.
& maybe if Lisa picked up those calls, she wouldn't have been lied to by Carla cause Roy would've told her before Carla told him not to so
