Excellent lesson. But in the final stage where the shoulder ought to tap the blocks.. my blocks r the same size.. my elbows just don't bend that much and i fall in between the blocks and my legs fall down iam straight on the mat
HI Malini, thank you for checking out the video. From my understanding perhaps you stick with the first few exercises building up more of the core, leg and arm strength. Eventually you can look forward to the last step, tapping shoulders to the blocks. If that is not suitable for your body, try elevating your blocks by putting books underneath them. I hope this helps. Let me know. XO Raquel
Best tutorial on chaturanga
The best excercices preps and explanations for Chaturanga Yoga Pose ever. ......
Excellent video. Thanks for the guidance
Thank you, very helpfully! It’s important to strength properly! My question is about breathing. When do you choose to breath with open mouth and why?
This is very useful! Thx, May I ask how often should I practice this in order to achieve a correct chaturanga? Cheers
You don't want to exhaust yourself. I'd say 3-4x a week. But listen to your body first and foremost.
Thanks a ton :)
