It is made in Australia. Ezy-Loader has distributors in North America and Australia; go to their website. Not sure on the price anymore but somewhere around $25,000-30,000 for the largest version. They make smaller ones too.

While they are not cheap, they are extremely durable, designed well and effective. The price, by the way, is also influenced by exchange rates as these are made in Australia.
