What my grandma would do is she would put special oils (or some kind of hair treatment) in my hair and make me wear a bag over my head for one or two days. Btw sleeping with a bag over your head isn’t very comfortable…
Try diluting your shampoo and rubbing it in your palms first before putting it in your hair. I had troubles with dandruff and doing this made me dandruff free for a long time now

Except for me, it just doesn’t go away. No matter what I try, it sucks. I often get asked “what’s all that white stuff in your hair?” And now it’s in my face AND my arms too.
Hello. I am also a person diagnosed with sever Psoriasis. I suggest using Tea Tree Oil for the itchiness of your scalp. Cetaphil cream has also been much of a help to me and can be of use to your body and not your scalp. However, if you are of age I should suggest talking to your guardians (or if you are an adult, you can do this by yourself) about seeing a dermatologist. If you are old enough, you may be able to get a genetic treatment which almost completely gets rid of your rashes. I hope this helps stay safe ❤
