hi blake! i know you've said that you want to diversify your content but i'd REALLY appreciate a haircare video where you could show what a week in your hair looks like but mainly how you take care of it as you're growing it out. you're hair has grown out so well and i just cut mine after watching your trimming video and seeing how much fuller it looked after the trim. thanks! :)
Plz plz do a video on how you manage your hair from getting knotted. My hair gets knotted up a lot especially at the ends of my hair also my hair have broken off a lot because of this I’ve been trying to do different things to help it from knotting. I don’t really see hair videos that can help or use what they do to prevent it or at least manage it. It would be nice to see a video like that. I enjoyed the video imma try to do a perm rods set over the weekend. Thanks

Omg my hair tangles so easily as well and I was convinced it was just my hair or something I’ve been doing wrong (ie: lack of moisture, lack of protein, etc). I’m debating how to style my hair in this heat as well since blowdrying wont hold up well. Never set my hair on perm rods because I dont wanna spend time on a style that may not come out right or last, but I bought larger rods a few weeks ago and will finally give it a try next week! Thank you for the inspo❤😊
I've been into flexi rod sets lately. I used to be strictly wash and gos and twist outs but I've been straightening my hair lately and I wanted to try some styles on my blowdried hair. I absolutely love the flexi rods because, like you, I prefer the bigger, fluffier, less defined looks. This works out because I live in the south so nothing stays defined for very long lol. I'll brave perm rods soon but now I'm all about flexi rod sets. So glad you're back! 😊
Girl this came out so cute!! But I love stretching my hair before styling too. Our textures are really similar. I’m on a growth challenge where I’m keeping my hair in mini twists. Trying to see how long I can get it and how much length I can retain. That’s my plan for the whole summer 😂
Yes baby doll! I can’t do this and waste my blowouts on buns😂 I get fairy knots too. Whatever I do they still come. I cut off a lot of length because of them but I let them be at this point.
This video has just inspired me to finally wash my hair today. It's winter where I am and I haven't washed my hair in nearly a month, just been leaving it under a wig, but I miss my natural hair now😭 Your hair is so beautiful Blake😍😍😍 I was already freaking out over it when it was fully blow dried, don't get me started about when you styled the perm rod set😂😍🔥🔥🔥🔥
This style is so cute on you!!! I had short hair for the last two years and my hair is finally big enough for me to confidently wear in an afro. I've been rocking wash and gos I do them weekly by finger coiling my hair in small sections and then stretching the roots and middle section of each section. i wrap my hair very similarly to what you showed in the vid. It gives the perfect balance between volume/frizz and definition. How do you feel about wash and gos? is it something you'd try or add to your hairstyle rotation? - Much love!
The best thing I ever did was stop listening to all the so called rules. I definitely used to worry about it but I rather do the styles I love and truly enjoy my hair. I use heat protectant and deep condition and keep it moving 💗

for the summer i love a good braid and curl! its funny because i find myself doing more blow outs in the summer vs the winter lol
