- Loss of revenue? People going someplace else? Businesses making poor products and not doing good service. Gaining bad reputations due to their people who have no real direction or accountability. Obsolete poor management is everywhere. Employees don't have role models who even care about the businesses anymore. Here is my take. It's everywhere in every industry.

Absolutely! We grew up with a whole different mind set! You did your job, period! And there was quality control! Things were inspected and things had to be perfect before anyone could sell it! Oh gosh ,the laws on gouging protected us! So many things! Get me going! Lol! We cared about the job we did! Management today does suck but look at the world how it sucks! No one cares about anything but selfish greed and their lazy selfish greed! Everything has its ripple effect, and things have been pushed under the table too long so look at what's happened today! I could go on and on! Sorry I get so pissed! My dad would flip! Ok I'll shut up lol! Thank you Jennifer, another good post! My blood pressure goes sky high with the crap that goes on today! Lol!
THIS IS TRUTH! And yes it's everywhere. The "nothing I can do" and "this is just how it is" with regard to poor management, is rampant and disgusting.

100% Truth the company that I work for has poor management and under staff so they overwork their staff that they have and our losing staff weekly.

A similar situation happened to me. I called the automobile corporate office, and my car part was delivered and installed by the end of the day

No one cares or has integrity about what they do for work. They just want to get paid for doing as little as possible The problem is most people are doing work they don’t like and is not aligned with their calling.
