I heard that for someone that comes from country where having chilly in food daily whether less/more could somehow get some kind of immunity to spiciness when they at other country spicy food where it's not a daily common in it?
Scratch that not immunity but more like being adapted to the spiciness

Spice is life
As someone with SEA blood in me, i ate it too but, i didn't find that spicy either. It was good though, i actually put more peppers in it, lol.
I want to see them taste Rica from Manado Indonesia. The ragey combine with that is very good and very spicy.
But hotness in this noodle taste very chemical... In Asia, they prefer more natural way.
Korea and Japan are both in Asia, what is your point?
