I get it. That's where being an empath can become our weakness ... It can be draining and exhausting when you feel other people's feelings.
I like thinking of the movie ET.
They asked the boy if he thinks et's thoughts.
And he said, "no... I feel his feelings"

Your title uses the term "empaths" but what you are describing are empathetic people. Please note they are not the same thing.

Feeling other people's feelings can be exhausting and draining which can become a weakness at some point if it's not balanced out.
@@jnelnormeda4292 Empaths feel things; a type of 6 sense. However empathetic people are people who feel empathy for others going through a hard time. What is described in this video is empathy for people. However the title is labeled as empaths. Most empaths can't handle the types or jobs listed in this video. The title has the wrong word use. Empaths and empathetic have 2 different definitions.
