    Good afternoon Dr. I love the way you explained the X-ray to the patient;I am also a patient's of scoliosis doctor said it's moderate lower thoracic/upper Iumber scoliosis convex to the right and mild OA changes of the L4/5 and L5/S1 posterior facetal joint.

      raghu ram she has to build up her muscles to keep the vertebrae in place and she has to work on her posture. and don't forget the pinched nerves, all these things need a lot of time.

      Some people take few years because ether they don't do the exercise correctly work to much and eat encorrectly because you need to feat the spine good nutrients and also at time you have to rest if you over do it it will hurt bad i know this because I've been through it and i also see a gonstead Dr in Texas expensive service with no insurance i have to pay $50 each visit and you have to watch sit sleep and stand up correctly the body has to tighten up core workouts and the areas you are weak in it also depends how long
      You had the issue the longer the more time it takes like for me I had it for 12 years so I'm about %60 better but still weak in some areas of my body in this is my 1 year 4 times every month i go see him some times 6 times because I did something wrong or did to much exercise
