IRL those grannies would finally be able to retire from the lawsuits those cops brought onto their department & city - no cop would arrest at that point & no judge would hear that case.
Any evidence found from DNA in the trunk would be deemed unconstitutional to present if a court case where to take place because they had no reasonable suspicious of you committing a crime.

How would they find DNA in a car boot unless they found hair samples, or they had cut themselves and left blood. I hate it when the police do a bad job. It ruins the actual time & effort the CIVs put into creating a scene. I feel like some officers just want the car chases & shoot outs but legally. They don't want the actual investigation work.

In America don't you have to of committed a crime before being arrested. Don't you also need proof of committing a crime before being arrested. All those Auditors in America should then be arrested for allegedly committing crimes because the people calling the police on them say there committing a crime. Look man I don't wanna be a dick but you are wrong. People can be arrested based on eyewitness testimony. Eyewitness statements are a form of evidence. If a statement gives probable cause to believe a crime has been committed and a specific person committed it, this can be sufficient for an arrest. Being convicted because of said statements is an entirely different story depending on multiple factors.
@@RJ4146 Am from the UK so not 100% on American law's bro so sorry if am wrong but what those officers had in evidence was very weak though.
@ASUTASTUD If you watch the video back, those officers state that they had 2 independent witness statements claiming pretty similar crimes against them. That is enough to effect an arrest due to probable cause. Plus, because those witnesses claimed the car was also involved in the crimes, it allows it to be towed in for evidence, which allows a search of the vehicle.
@ASUTASTUD The officers in question would only have a weak case, depending on the 2 victims.
You didn't call 999 oops 911 am British lol because America has Freedom of speech his harassment wasn't an actual crime so WHY call the police. At least in the UK you could of felt stressed harassed & alarmed then that would of been a crime.
