  • Bodycam footage shows a Florida woman getting arrested for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart using a baby stroller on May 29. Madison Rowbotham was accompanied by her infant and a teenage girl while she allegedly stashed merchandise into the empty stroller. Security caught on quick and detained her until police arrived.     That baby was not happy with its mom. Look how it reaches for grandma and then gets totally quiet once grandma has it. There’s something VERY wrong there. 😢

      This is probably one of the few times the biological mother interacts with her child - using her as a prop to elicit sympathy if she gets caught when committing crimes and using her stroller as a concealment device for her stolen loot.

      Shoplifters should have to stay in jail at least overnight before being able to bail. You and I, the honest consumer pays bc they don't! Businesses can't absorb it all, not even Wal-Mart.
      This is in the next county west of my home city.

    Yep...I wouldn't spend a dime on her to get her out. Mom has to take care of the baby while you sit there so why should she have to pay for your bail too? I have a feeling that mom takes care of the baby anyway so she may as well let her sit in jail and save that money being paid out to a bondsman.

      Presumably Mom bought her that car too (I doubt Madison ever worked a day in her life), and likely everything the baby needs, as its father was only involved for the conception.
      What a disastrous daughter! People need to realise not having kids is a wonderful option - and often so much better than the alternative, a thieving, breeding, morbidly obese waste of space child like Madison.

    Giving this 14 year old a 'break' is the worst thing to do in this situation. I was this 14 year old, different country, different time. I stole $20 worth and got caught, resulting in trial and mediation. I wrote my essay to satisfy the court and never been charged as an adult.

    After Madison requested to not be put in handcuffs, and the officers lecture about it not being comfortable with handcuffs, he lets her walk out with her arms-a-swingin'. No handcuffs. And it looks like she was allowed to talk on her phone on the ride to the police station. Smh. The prosecutor will probably decline prosecution.
