same! i started taking notes on my computer yesterday and it has been so exciting to learn, though it is still very confusing since I just started researching
I’ve kept mine on my notes on my iPad, book of shadows sounded very serious and I don’t do a lot of witchcraft all that often, so I call it my journal of vibes.
I used to make “potions” by mixing leaves and dirt and sticks when I was little and I used to call myself a witch when I was little so I really want to get into witchcraft :)
Same . I would even sprinkle glitter on dead animals thinking it helped them rise from the dead . Making crystal necklaces . Flower and vine crowns . Always in the creeks. Reading books to the trees . Now I’m here ! ❤️
The moment I saw her eyes I knew and I clicked Subscribe ☺️ You are an amazing human being, thank you so much for sharing your experiences and thoughts 😌
I'm a baby witch myself, and my mom is a witch and she made a book of shadows and right now I'm having fun studying from it!she has been helping me on my journey. Most of the time I draw in my own book of shadows when I'm inspired that relates to this. Good luck to all those beginner witches and your not alone. Before I go make sure you do some research!!!💗🤗💓💖
I had a tea candle react badly, and I assumed it was the salt I added, but now I think it must have been some defect in the tin it was in. I can't be sure. It was so strange.
@@SamanthaPajor salt and metals don't react well together, salt causes metal to rust and in my country if one were to leave their car in a garage after driving in the winter they're better off washing the bottom of the car with water because the salt used to melt ice will destroy the metal faster than the water would. So if you had a metal tin it may have been that? Salt should normally only create a nice orange color when it evaporates after melting so if the candle was in a metal tin the melting of salt and contact with metal could maybe cause something, or the candle was defective.
Some great advice and advice I have often shared myself. I'd been on my path almost two years before I actually cast a spell. I'd been a witch a long time before I realised I was actually a green witch. Up to that point just called myself a witch. Nothing more. I didn't want tonlanle myself as anything in particular. I don't have a book of Shadows. I have notebooks. And I have them in physical notebooks. And on my phone and tablet. And you NEVER stop learning. Not matter how long you have walked the path 😊 I also say to people is this. It's not a race. You do not have to get from A to B in the quicker time ever. Nor is it a competition. This is your path and yours only. Youbare nither better or not as good as another witch. You shouldn't walk in the footprints of another either. Create your own footprints.
Pagan Hare - The Green Witch I am 6 months I’d say into my Wiccan journey and I have yet to cast a spell. I truly don’t feel I am ready yet! I do keep spells written down so when I am ready I can cast them. So I agree that it just takes time! ☺️
I'm sorry I just laughed at "create your own footprints" because I live in Finland so either I walk in other people's footsteps or I get snow in my shoes 😂 the sentiment is correct but my brain decided to make me think about it in a literal sense, I am yet to start my journey and I don't know if I will start it. I'd want to, I'm hoping that the practice would give me a sense of purpose and would encourage me to go out there when I have to collect herbs and so on, an addition to my list of things that are helping me in recovering from depression and anxiety, but as of now I barely have the energy to see my therapist once a week...
I am a beginner witch because I have always made potions whitout even knowing that it was witchcraft. I used to get a four leafed kleever, and waited until it dryed out, then I made it into a kind of powder. And mixed it with water and said some stuff (i guess a spell??) And I would give it to my brother for good luck. And yesterday I discovered witches! And I feel that this is the thing I am created to do.
I have always loved the thought of witchcraft particularly spells I used to pretend to do spells and I have also just started witchcraft and I just closed my first circle!
That’s so cool! I used to have out of body experiences without knowing what witchcraft was and then I found out about spirituality! Now I’m an elemental hedge spiritualist!
my literal first thing i did (yesterday, started my witchcraft thing yesterday) was get an old notebook, rip all the used pages out, and start writing random stuff i was watching. i called it "notes about witchcraft" but now that i know what a book of shadows is i renamed it lol.
hello fellow baby witch ! i also did my first witch thing just yesterday, i made my first two sigils and used them so they could aid me in a test i had. i didn't get an excellent grade, i'll admit that, but i still passed the test, the details of the experience truly make me believe the sigils blessed me and i am infinitely grateful for them i hope this past week has been enlightening to you, just like i aspire the next days will be for me ♡
@@Valentina-mv2ux it has been, i've been taking a bit of a break from it because life is busy bt i made some sigils and did some research about it. while nothing has really changed in my life the sigils give meaning to something so at least that's good.
I started today and wrote "Witchy things" on the cover of my journal and started with an about me page 😁 I also put together a little "shadow box". So far I'm very interested in astrology because I already was drawn to that for years and I would like to try a little bit of herbal work but I cant find what I want in my little town and I'm not willing to go to a big city with 2 confirmed cases of covid
After watching a few of your videos I talked to my eldest sister, who I trust more than anyone else in my family, about wicca and witchcraft! turns out that when she was around my age she also got deeply into the craft, and we were able to talk about books, learning and points of interest. She gave me her old pentagram pendant decorated with a beautifully reflective purple gemstone, which I’ve secured into a proper necklace with some red rope. I’ve been wearing it for a long time now, and I’ll be getting some books to study further soon. Thank you for inspiring me! :)
The same thing happened to me, but it was me the one introducing my elder sister to the craft, and still today it is a wonderful thing to be able to share these things with her.♡
I love these videos! I am raised as a Christian, but just don't feel complete. I've always been so intrigued by witches and the paranormal. I am just worried about what my family and my husband's family will think of me. I feel like I have to hide my true self from them, and it's exhausting! I also have 2 young children under 5 and worry about their safety if I start my journey and mess up somehow. I'm just ready to become my true self and be happy
as long as your intentions are pure no harm will ever come to you! Don't feel afraid. Messing up is part of the entire process, but that means learning from it and becoming stronger. your journey doesn't have to begin until you feel ultimately ready for it. Blessed be🩷 🌙
I think it's important to remember that witchcraft and spell-casting is not just about getting what you want, but also about being in tune with the natural world.
I have not studied witchcraft, but in all my 22 years of life I keep getting drawn to nature. And here recently I've run across a green witch or a nature witch and I feel like it's a sign to start practicing this and if feels right🙏🏼💚
my etsy store, Moon Eclectic, is launching asap! the first thing i'll be selling is a beginner witch kit with 25+ herbs. 2 oils, and a bath ritual oil of the buyer's choice! money is tight at the moment so i would appreciate it if you could promote my store, thank you :)
If you mean on youtube you keep finding nature witches or green witches, its most likely because you watch the videos so UA-cam's algorithm keeps recommending it to you. But either way Im glad you're interested!
me too! except i'm 14, i've been drawn to nature my whole life and i just recently found out about witchcraft. so glad i did! i've never been more happy.
This last year has been really hard for me and around christmas I felt like I was missing something in my life. My sister bought me some tarot cards and I started watching your videos after stumbling on them. They are so comforting and I'm starting my journey into witchcraft, nature has always bought me peace and this just seems to fit right in my heart. Thank you for these videos! Side note, your are absolutely gorgeous and I love your headpiece 🥰
@@clairdelune4423 um to be honest its just what they all say, because there is so much information out there, pick one or two topics at first and study them in depth, then expand your knowledge from there 💚
Same I try make more friends even got a boyfriend but I was not happy. I watch a movie about witch and I wanted to be like that, for three day I keep getting dreams of being a witch so I look it up and then I started practicing witchcraft and I love it🖤
your videos are so calming, informative and beautiful. when i first seen your channel i thought " these will be good for my 20 year old daughter " but after watching i also enjoy and learn from them, so you can teach an old witch new tricks lol. keep up the amazing work little sister
Your editing and filming style is enchanting. I don’t think I’ve ever used that word seriously before. But enchanting, yeah, that’s the word. I loved this. I loved everything. Thank you
I’ve been into anything Wicca for years now. I’m 41 and I first bought a tarot card pack when I was 16-17 I believe. I still have them but after this video I finally understand how to study the cards ... I feel stupid lol I’ve made many book of shadows , I have no idea what kind of witch I am but I sure know that I’ve always been drawn to it since I was a young child. I do have intuition, I can predict a few things , my mom was the same but after so many medications and operations , she lost her skill. I’ve been searching myself for years and with this virus making us stay home , I find myself discovering myself on another level. This video is amazing Thank you

I’ve lost a lot of myself this year for some reason. During the end of last year I was very interested in learning witchcraft, divination, and I was even considering Odinism. But, so many things have happened that I’ve become so hollow and I lost my motivation to do anything or to learn anything. Even though I have a good understanding of how to start my journey already, watching this video today gave me motivation to continue it. Thank you for these lovely visuals! ✌️
Wow we all seem to be the same person 😂😂 I felt very hollow too, but finding witchcraft has filled me with curiosity and initiative lol im learning more about myself with this new discovery
i’m just starting my witchcraft journey and you’ve really helped me. my parents are christian and i thought i was too but then did research and i think i’m an eclectic witch. thank you so much for helping me. blessed be
@Jenna Wunderlich that isn’t completely true. to find out you are a witch, you start to notice a drawn to a certain type of witchcraft or spells. perhaps you are drawn to healing, herbs, healing AND herbs. one can CHOOSE if they want to RESEARCH witchcraft, and one could participate in it, but realizing you are a witch is different.
This is honestly the most helpful vid for “witch 101” out here. Concise, informative, and focused. A lot of videos are so slow to the actual points. Thanks!
I’ve been at this almost a year now. There is a lot to learn. I have read around 10 books and have been focusing on divination, spell and ritual design, and spirit work. I am very excited about all there is still to know. Thanks for the video.
Thank you so much! I feel like the weight on my shoulders has significantly decreased. I want to begin my path and I'm *very* confused on where to start, but I feel like your video shed some light. I'll definitely follow this, it really did help me on realizing that witchcraft isn't a textbook filled with rules- rather, something unique that is special and tailors to everyone. Thank you :)
Based off of tip 3, i decided to go ahead and share some small things i do everyday for my practice. 1. I have an altar on my desk i light every morning, weather it be with a cup of tea before breakfast, or after. And what i do is I keep a notebook on my altar I use once it is lit. I take a page out, write the date, and use a widgit on my phone that tells me my horoscope, lucky number, and color for the day, and write that down at the top. After that is done, I write down ideas I had for the day, and throughout the day cross them out. Since I struggle with many task, and quickly get overwhelmed with thoughts and projects, it is hard for me to focus and remember everything I want to do, this really helps. It also gives me something to look forward to everyday and has me staying out of bed. Once I am done writing all my ideas for the day, I draw my sigil either on the side of the paper, or in a corner of it before hanging it on the side of my calendar, which i made sure was placed right above my altar. Once that is all done, I use a small jar to put out the candles (do not blow them out, it will blow away your intentions) and start off with my day. If i am stuck and am having a bad day, i will usually go through a playlist I have of witch videos I save for this moment, and take notes while watching. Another small detail I like to do, when making tea, i use honey as a natural sweetener, and at the bottom of my cup i will draw out my sigil in the honey before pouring the water. I hope this helped! someone
Ever since I became a witch, I have felt complete. I already know so much about witchcraft, I just love seeing other people perspectives! Good luck to all on their journey! 💜
I know this will sound cheesy. But I'm crying. Happy tears. Tears of manifestation and inspiration. Your energy and your whole vibe throughout this whole video, has moved me. It's helped guide me in a way I've been missing and needing. The missing piece. I've always been drawn to nature and witchcraft. I just started my craft this year and I'm so lost. Lost in how to create or start my BOS. Or even how to start my path. What books to get, etc. I consider myself artistic and creative but have a hard time trusting my process and allowing myself to create. I feel I'm no good at it. This also holds me back in my craft. I feel intimated in that I am not doing things "the right way" or that I'm just wrong in thinking this is my path. It's always been something I've been interested in and drawn to... But I'm also intimated a little by it all. I dream of feeling like I can fit in a witchy coven of girls that finally accept me. But that'll probably never happen. I'm the black sheep. But when it comes to anything I believe in, I don't feel I can do it. This is all issues I have with my lack of self confidence. But i just wanted to say that you've helped me a lot. And I love your BOS. Total inspiration. I want mine to be beautiful and raw and full of nature like yours.
Easy daily energy centering idea! If you get back from school, work, etc sage yourself! I do this everyday and it makes me feel like I got off any negative energy that might effect me later on!
Another idea would to then cleanse yourself with cedar! Cedar attracts positive spirits and energies. I do this as sage takes away all energy, including positive ones!
I really enjoyed and appreciate you taking the time to explain the way that you did. I’ve picked up a tarot deck, pendulum and dousing rods. The tarot overwhelms me and by picking one a day and studying it makes it more manageable for me. I’m brand new, 2nd year “investigating”, learning and this video helps so much 🙏
I’m an alchemist. I love sulphur, salt, mercury, etc. Every time I watch one of you vids I say to the goddess “please free me from physical desire, but not yet.” 😀💖
I knew I was a witch ever since I was young; I had very vivid dreams involving witchcraft for as long as I can remember, but I really started getting into practicing a few months ago. I’ve been doing a lot of research, and I have to say your videos are so inspiring and beautiful. I’m so excited to be on this journey, and I thank you for all your advice and tips. 💗🌙🌿
I actually have my bullet journal/planner and my book of shadows in the same book. I've tried to have 2 separate ones but I found it made me less likely to use either cuz it felt like too much work. Plus its nice to have my witchcraft in the same book as my planner. It encourages me to be more active with it every day.
Back when I was younger I started exploring witchcraft as a religion. I looked at so many different options and in the end I was overwhelmed. Now here I am almost 20 years later and coming back to it in a more organic way. I had to travel the country to find the one place I felt most at home is right here where I was born in the Pacific Northwest. I had to go to college and try out a bunch of different jobs before I found the one that was perfect for me, working as a teacher with special education students. Now that I'm settled into a job and location I noticed myself starting to garden, and work a lot with herbs and spices and building a reference library to go with so much of my homesteading and bushcrafting and bonsai books. I also started picking up oracle cards and eventually found a deck of tarot cards that I felt were just screaming my name. Recently I took a step back and thought that much of what I'm already doing and into goes right back to the practice of being a green witch. Now I'm focusing on that aspect and working on building my craft and working it in with all the other things I already naturally do to start weaving things together in a natural way. This has led me to your videos. Thank you.
I've been studying witchcraft for over a year and I'm so glad I've found so many helpful channels to help hone in my craft. This lifestyle is so beautiful and incredible and I'm glad we can share such a loving community!
Thank you! I've had to undo distorted informatin about witch craft/magic from the religion I was exposed to as a child, you introduce the craft with sincereity, love, positivity.. Thank you!
As some of the others here spoke of the vibe that you give off is amazing. You really touched my soul. I was watching this video and tears were streaming down my face. Your voice is so soothing. Here I am 56 years old , I have perceived myself a witch for all of my life. Although I felt almost embarrassed by it. Like I had to hide my true self because it wasn't the norm. I checked out all kinds of Christian Churches and read everything I could get my hands on about other worldly religions. Because I feel like people will see me as evil if I follow my true path. Even though I am a white witch. There is nothing evil about it . Quite the opposite. I love nature and I love animals. I treat people fairly and I do not judge. I feel that everyone is equal in this world. Everyone has a purpose and everyone is beautiful in their own way. As well as with you my Dear. You are sharing your knowledge and even though I have been through so many years of reading books, reading Tarot Cards, writing in my Book of Shadows, practicing Reiki. You have touched my heart today and caused me to rekindle my love for who I truly was meant to be. I will now go unpack my tarot cards and begin again. Thank You for sharing.
You don’t know the joy I feel that I’ve found your channel ! I’ve always loved nature ! Since I can remember I’ve been drawn to the earth and everything that belongs in that realm ! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
It’s almost unreal as to how calm and peaceful your videos sound and feel. I watched your video on honey and it was amazing. I can’t describe it, but your videos calmed me down so much. Thank you.
This was such a well said video. Thank you for the comment on witchcraft not being like high school! There’s no rush to get it done in 4 years. I think people tend to rush through life but we have so much time. Thank you for this!
Yes! She said she would list some and she didn’t. I’d like some good starting off books with all topics. Another UA-cam witch I follow recommended a few but they were from a subscription service she was pushing on her followers and I feel like those aren’t particularly “true” good recommended reads. I looked them up and the were very advanced and based on subjects from specialities and idk what I am yet. Hence needing some good beginner books! I did buy some generic ones off amazon because I was so desperate, so if I find any help with them I will make sure and get back to you! 😊
So! I have a few good ones :)) "How to Be A Wicked Witch" by Patricia Telesco is a witty read on tips and tricks in the craft. It's friendly to secular and otherwise non-Wiccan paths. "Circle Round: Raising Children in Goddess Tradition" by Starhawk, Anne Hill, and Diane Baker is a *chef's kiss* good book. It's full of love, personal experience from senior witches, folklore, traditions, art and song. It teaches you the framework of ritual and the importance behind everything you do. Although it's aimed at parents and children, you can definitely start incorporating their works into yours. Any book by Scott Cunningham is a good place to start, although his style of writing is a little archaic. If you can trudge through his monotonous tone, I would suggest "Wicca: A Guide to the Solitary Practitioner". Hope you find what you need!
I personally am enjoying "Weave the Liminal: Living Modern Traditional Witchcraft" by Laura Tempest Zakroff, she also has one on Sigils I love. Also "Psychic Witch: A Metaphysical Guide to Meditation, Magick & Manifestation" by Mat Auryn. Depends on the topics you are most interested in. I have SO many books I could open an occult library. Lol
Wicca for Beginners: Fundamentals of Philosophy & Practice by Thea Sabin... this is a very good book In my opinion, I've just started learning about Wicca and it gave me a lot of information and I think if this wasn't my first book, it would still have some very helpful information in it, it gives a lot of tips and tricks to help you on your way, and the section about visualization and meditation is very good,,, hope this helps☺
What a beautiful video in so many ways. Thank you. I shut down my craft in my youth (my family forced my to) and forgot about it. I am rediscovering it now and it is overwhelming. Your advice is very helpful and I love the aesthetic of your video and channel so much. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Annie, you are so lovely! I've always been interested in this sort of thing, and you've made it so approachable and way less daunting than I thought. I can't wait to start exploring my inner witch. Thank you for this!
i’ve always felt kind of drawn to witch craft but i didn’t think i’d have the money or time to get into it. idk why but today it just clicked that it’s something i want to begin doing, as i’ve felt something missing over the past few months. i have a new job now so i think i’m going to slowly start incorporating witchcraft into my life :) super excited to join this community
I am completely new to all of this and just started researching today...but I was immediately drawn to your video and felt instantly calm and at home when it started. Thank you for making beginning a little easier. :)
This was good. Nice to see how she's grown in even just a short time compared to later videos, not that I'm a judge. She makes it look more like a philosophy than a religion, similar to what one could say about Buddhism.
I really enjoy your videos! They both inspire me to try new things in Witchcraft and fills me with the desire to practice and expand my craft whenever I get some free time at home. Even if it’s just tending to my plant babies, or just making a little magickally infused tea, it never fails to make the mundane into something extraordinary for me, and I’m happy to see so many people have their own little Witchy Ways :)
do green witches cast spells? i know i really love nature, even though im indoors alot. but when i am outside i just feel so happy and at peace :) also can green witches use crystals?
I've always felt this connection with the moon its hard to explain but it feels like something is calling me but I don't know what I have weird abilities when I dream but every time I share my experiences people tell me, "you're making that up" and "no one can do that" and it's just hard to talk about this stuff especially since I was raised in a Christian household and my parents told me witchcraft is evil but it's not there's so much beauty in it and I wish more people understood
hello! I’m a mini witch, I got a basket/hat stand with baskets, also one of those science things. I now make small potions with leafs, sticks, pinecone spikes, etc,
I am in a polyamorous relationship with two baby witches, and last weekend I finally crossed the bridge and said I’d join them on the journey of this craft. Now, this past year has been incredibly difficult for me. I struggle with anxiety and depression and, due to the covid-19 situation, I still haven’t got any proper therapy for my current issues. I could not for the life of me focus on anything that had to do with educating myself and I postponed every goal I had, including binging tv shows and such. I found a pdf of a book online about witchcraft and I have since bought two notepads (one for examination as it’s a workbook, one for notes and such) and I have bought multiple supplies for my altar (candles, some herbs, sand and rocks). Last night, in celebration of the new moon, I woke up at 4:25 and set my altar, I listened to music and just focused on the candles and the beauty and serenity of what I was witnessing, and when I went back to bed I filled so complete and full and more calm then I think I’d ever done before in my faith (as I am a Christian). I am ready to learn so much more about witchcraft and at the same time am willing to give myself the time to learn and to grow.
thank you for this! you're so supportive and open-minded. I feel like my view on witchcraft differs A LOT from the stuff that everyone does so I was stopping myself from even starting it. You inspired me to start creating and making stuff that works for me personally.
Thank you ! I'm just starting, so i'm i the stage where I look for information everywhere, espicially in books. But videos are also nice and instructive. I really heard you about taking our time to discover this new thing, i will follow your advice 9even if it's hard because I'm so excited). Thanks again !
my etsy store, Moon Eclectic, is launching asap! the first thing i'll be selling is a beginner witch kit with 25+ herbs. 2 oils, and a bath ritual oil of the buyer's choice! money is tight at the moment so i would appreciate it if you could promote my store, thank you :)
Thank you for your videos. I've always felt at peace in the forest, especially by myself. I don't' know how to explain it. It feels cleansing, and peaceful, and the only place I feel completely at ease. I have begun to fill my home with plants, and I get the same feeling when I am tending to them. I've been very overwhelmed looking into green witchcraft and your videos are very helpful.
I have been having trouble getting started in this craft. I am always second-guessing myself and my choices. I would love to set up a beautiful hearth and altar but my room is a mess and I feel so burdened by it. I also want to focus on the healing aspect of the craft but I am worried I will read a book or a spell that dips into black magick without knowing the difference. It's a little scary at times. Hopefully, I will learn to be patient and will slowly get a better grasp on my research and actions.
I have always been intrigued by the magical powers of witchery and I often identified so much with witches but never had the courage to explore more until a few months ago. I also have started studying tarot and pendulum. I am in love with every aspect. I'm still studying and learning more. I love your channel!!!! Its so peaceful!!!
I absolutely HATE visualization. This is why I’ve had such a difficult time actually performing spells, and rituals in general. I always got it wrong. I just can’t find a way to visualize without getting uncomfortable or awkward. I’ve decided to take a break from witchcraft in general for a few months, and I’m just getting back into it now, since it is spring and I actually have motivation to do anything at all. Changed my practice from trying to cast spells, over to manifesting in general ways rather than making it difficult for me. I’m making smaller steps for myself and I feel better than I have before. I’m actually making progress rather than being stuck at the same spot. Even though I’m behind, I’m making a better practice for myself, and I can feel comfortable in my practice. I just want people to know that there are ways to personalize your practice based on your needs. It’s your practice, and you can do it in your way.
Haley Nicole You could go to metaphysical shops but they’re often too expensive. Honestly check out etsy. If you’re not sure how much a genuine crystal is worth, ask someone. You can ask fellow witches/wiccans on instagram foe help
Start out with one crystal from a metaphysical shop. One that will hopefully suit your needs! Keep collecting them over time based on what you need for what you're working on and you'll have a collection of crystals from all of those projects. As for the not real part, that's just for you to figure out! Intention is so much in all types of witchcraft. If you want to continue down these types of craft paths (crystal paths), you would need to research them on your own and find out if this type of witchcraft is truly for you. And remember that it's totally ok if it isn't! Some people can't keep up with certain lifestyles because they are busy or they can't find the motivation. But please, please, please remember to do research on the types of crystals that you would be buying and if they would go together with your spellwork.
Do some research on crystals and semiprecious stones. Start with ones that interest you. Research fake stones. After a while you begin to recognize stones that are dyed, or cracked with heat treatment. Stones also have a certain feel to them. When you've handled them for long enough, you can start recognizing resin or glass pieces by weight, temperature, and coloration.
I'm so happy I found your videos! I have recently been looking into different types of witches, and I read about Green Witches and I absolutely fell in love with their practices. This video is extremely helpful for me and my notes, and just the all around vibe I get from you and your videos is absolutely amazing
I am a baby witch who has been practicing for three months now and I have started learning more about the green witch path. I love your channel so much!!! Its helped me with so many things! Thank you :)
I have some questions 1. I am getting a clear quartz necklace and I searched up how to cleanse it ,and I want to know if just putting it in a glass cup with water in it does the trick? 2. What age do you recommend to start witch craft. I am still in the broom closet learning and I don’t know if I am the right age to start.(I am not a child)
Garbage._. Can im a beginner too! i’m 14 and what i’ve learned about cleansing crystals os that you can put them in a jar of moon/sun water. there’s other ways ofc but this one is the easiest :) there’s also no age limit. you can start at any age
You can water cleanse it or smoke cleanse, also charging it under the full moon or sun. ALWAYS look up the properties of any crystal you want to cleanse because some dissolve or have adverse effects. Some crystals also lose power in the sun and can deteriorate. Have fun :))
Thank you. I have been searching for "something" my entire life, and the more I research, the more I feel like this might be the right path for me. I appreciate your videos.
Came here to be annoyed by new-age female """witchcraft""" But there's a peaceful energy in this video, and I like your aesthetics, and I listened for a bit and came out with some new knowledge. Now I like you. I guess I shouldn't shoot people down just because they're associated with a group I dislike, everyone has things you can learn.
I recently decided I was interested in witchcraft or druidry for its mindfulness and intention. Your channel has been the best I’ve found so far. Thanks for sharing.
Hi there! I'm a 13 year old girl :) I'm a beginner witch (Baby witch) and a lot of people say I'm too young to be in the craft, And that witches are evil and or dont exist. I do well with charms, herbs, crystals and potions and sometimes spell casting I think... I really like how open and nice you are, I hope I'm welcome here as a witch despite my age. :) I also do not know what type of witch I am, Does anyone have any ideas?
I don’t know if this is just one of the phases in life but I’ve always admired witches and I love mixing random things, idk if I want to become a witch or not. But it’s interesting..
Witchcraft and being a Wiccan has always intrigued by it. So when my friend recommended your channel I was like “ok cool I’ll try it out” and your aura is beautiful I acc swear you’re vibes are amazing and you seem really nice
Thank you for this video it really helped me figure out lots of thing and answered a lot of my questions I always loved nature and herbs and everything like that and I really love that I found this video because you explain so good and easy I filled up 4 pages of notes from this most of the other videos I found went bait to fast and weren’t in me level since I am a beginners so this helped a lot thank you😊
im so happy i found my path and i just bought a journal (my book of shadows) i started to put a prayer about change. like a butterfly. im hoping to find myself and put myself in good energy. 🤎 im drawn to stars, flowers, and herbs.
I'm deffanitly a green witch, I'm a fledgling, but I find myself drawn to herbs and plants. I've always loved nature, and respected it. I've been searching for somwhere to start, I'm glad I found your channle. I can't wait to learn from you.
me: taking notes in a google doc
you: book of shadows
me: so we're calling that the google doc of shadows i guess
same! i started taking notes on my computer yesterday and it has been so exciting to learn, though it is still very confusing since I just started researching
This made me laugh 😂
I guess I have a Wod doc of shadows
lol saaaaaammmmmeeee
I’ve kept mine on my notes on my iPad, book of shadows sounded very serious and I don’t do a lot of witchcraft all that often, so I call it my journal of vibes.
I used to make “potions” by mixing leaves and dirt and sticks when I was little and I used to call myself a witch when I was little so I really want to get into witchcraft :)
damn didn't know even objects had a mind of their own in teyvat /lh
same shshs
Yasss,oh and dont forget the soap potions we also did🤫
Same . I would even sprinkle glitter on dead animals thinking it helped them rise from the dead . Making crystal necklaces . Flower and vine crowns . Always in the creeks. Reading books to the trees . Now I’m here ! ❤️
Ah yes. The "potions". lol
I really like how modest, approachable and kind you are! The vibes you give off are really beautiful!
Iris Alepoudeli I thought the exact same
I couldn't agree more ❤

Iris Alepoudeli I’m your 1k :)
Awh! I am wanting to become a witch as well! My mother and I are studying it and I think we might get into witchcraft!!!!
My mums a witch as well and I'm quite interested but kinda nervous to ask her about it.
y’all are lucky my whole family are religious witches meanwhile i’m a christian witch so i’d like to get some tips?
I'm really into witchcraft although I don't know where to start. Teach me?
@liddybug1808 same I come from a family that fully believe witches are bad
Practical tip: Do not add salt to candles.
What is the reason to not add salt?
I thought salt just made candles burn longer???
On that note, do not put essential oils on your candles unless you want giant dirty flames.
You have the most peaceful aura I think I've seen on all of UA-cam.
Ik she gave me amazing vibes and i instantly subscribed
I agree. Her energy and voice are soothing and so positive
I feel like she has a yellowgreenish aura
Pagan Hare - The Green Witch "create your own footprints", so true!
Trash King the Mighty Ruler of Garbage Town i live in Finland too, i’m really new to this but also really excited to learn so much new stuff
What are spells like? I only know of the fictional stuff like fireballs - I am curious.
I am a beginner witch because I have always made potions whitout even knowing that it was witchcraft.
I used to get a four leafed kleever, and waited until it dryed out, then I made it into a kind of powder.
And mixed it with water and said some stuff (i guess a spell??)
And I would give it to my brother for good luck.
And yesterday I discovered witches!
And I feel that this is the thing I am created to do.
Omg that's amazing you are definitely meant for this
I have always loved the thought of witchcraft particularly spells I used to pretend to do spells and I have also just started witchcraft and I just closed my first circle!
OMG , SAME
That’s so cool! I used to have out of body experiences without knowing what witchcraft was and then I found out about spirituality! Now I’m an elemental hedge spiritualist!
This was beautiful.
my literal first thing i did (yesterday, started my witchcraft thing yesterday) was get an old notebook, rip all the used pages out, and start writing random stuff i was watching. i called it "notes about witchcraft" but now that i know what a book of shadows is i renamed it lol.
Same! i started yesterday. I made moon water but i still keep it in my closet. Tbh i should take down notes too lolol
Same! i started yesterday. I made moon water but i still keep it in my closet. Tbh i should take down notes too lolol
hello fellow baby witch ! i also did my first witch thing just yesterday, i made my first two sigils and used them so they could aid me in a test i had. i didn't get an excellent grade, i'll admit that, but i still passed the test, the details of the experience truly make me believe the sigils blessed me and i am infinitely grateful for them
i hope this past week has been enlightening to you, just like i aspire the next days will be for me ♡
@@Valentina-mv2ux it has been, i've been taking a bit of a break from it because life is busy bt i made some sigils and did some research about it. while nothing has really changed in my life the sigils give meaning to something so at least that's good.

The same thing happened to me, but it was me the one introducing my elder sister to the craft, and still today it is a wonderful thing to be able to share these things with her.♡
my sister would call me crazy :c
Same w my cousin ((:
@Grace-Lynn Thode That's brave of you tho!
Nice profile pic. Tool is the shit
Start studying cristals from Aaron chest and Israel tribes according to them, profecies about each tribe, their numbers and symbols, etc.
as long as your intentions are pure no harm will ever come to you!
Christian witches do exist. 🧙🏻♀️
I am so glad I found your comment, I'm in the exact same boat!
I have not studied witchcraft, but in all my 22 years of life I keep getting drawn to nature. And here recently I've run across a green witch or a nature witch and I feel like it's a sign to start practicing this and if feels right🙏🏼💚
How did you know that person was a witch
my etsy store, Moon Eclectic, is launching asap! the first thing i'll be selling is a beginner witch kit with 25+ herbs.
Me too 💜💜💜
me too! except i'm 14, i've been drawn to nature my whole life and i just recently found out about witchcraft. so glad i did! i've never been more happy.
remember misty day from american horror story? this is her now
shes still as beautiful as ever
This last year has been really hard for me and around christmas I felt like I was missing something in my life. My sister bought me some tarot cards and I started watching your videos after stumbling on them. They are so comforting and I'm starting my journey into witchcraft, nature has always bought me peace and this just seems to fit right in my heart. Thank you for these videos! I’ve been into anything Wicca for years now. I’m 41 and I first bought a tarot card pack when I was 16-17 I believe. I still have them but after this video I finally understand how to study the cards ... I feel stupid lol
I’ve made many book of shadows , I have no idea what kind of witch I am but I sure know that I’ve always been drawn to it since I was a young child. I do have intuition, I can predict a few things , my mom was the same but after so many medications and operations , she lost her skill. I’ve been searching myself for years and with this virus making us stay home , I find myself discovering myself on another level. This video is amazing

@Trinity M Unfortunately due to heavy medication, you can lose some of your gifts.
Good luck!!!! 🍀
Good luck! I am also a fellow baby witch and went through the same thing last year, so I understand where you're coming from!
Wow we all seem to be the same person 😂😂 I felt very hollow too, but finding witchcraft has filled me with curiosity and initiative lol

i’m just starting my witchcraft journey and you’ve really helped me. my parents are christian and i thought i was too but then did research and i think i’m an eclectic witch. thank you so much for helping me. blessed be
How did you find out you're a witch?
Alchemy is interesting! But I am struggling to balance it with my chemistry belief, hope it’s not offensive tho, lol
@@tanchuzhen9057 Alchemy is really about transmutation of the self into inner gold. 💗

Thank you.
Goodluck on your journey ❤️❤️
I've been studying witchcraft for over a year and I'm so glad I've found so many helpful channels to help hone in my craft. This lifestyle is so beautiful and incredible and I'm glad we can share such a loving community!

This is one of the most beautiful youtube videos I have ever seen. Thank you for sharing your gift.
Thank you for sharing! 3 years in the craft and found your tips super helpful. Love your video aesthetic very pretty and relaxing! Blessed be!
Thank you.
I appreciate the practical approach this video takes to discussing witchcraft. It's not often you see such a grounded and realistic perspective.
This was such a well said video. Thank you for the comment on witchcraft not being like high school! There’s no rush to get it done in 4 years. I think people tend to rush through life but we have so much time. Thank you for this!
I'm only twelve but I've known about my magick ability for a long time now. I've decided I'm going to start my journey now and this was a big help.
Do you have any book recommendations? 🌿 :)
So! I have a few good ones :))
"How to Be A Wicked Witch" by Patricia Telesco is a witty read on tips and tricks in the craft.
Lol
Wicca for Beginners: Fundamentals of Philosophy & Practice by Thea Sabin... this is a very good book In my opinion, I've just started learning about Wicca and it gave me a lot of information and I think if this wasn't my first book, it would still have some very helpful information in it, it gives a lot of tips and tricks to help you on your way, and the section about visualization and meditation is very good,,, hope this helps☺
anything by Scott Cunningham
As someone who has been looking for a calm community and and way to cleanse my anxiety... Thanks You all some much!
What a beautiful video in so many ways. Thank you. I shut down my craft in my youth (my family forced my to) and forgot about it. I am rediscovering it now and it is overwhelming. i’ve always felt kind of drawn to witch craft but i didn’t think i’d have the money or time to get into it. idk why but today it just clicked that it’s something i want to begin doing, as i’ve felt something missing over the past few months. i have a new job now so i think i’m going to slowly start incorporating witchcraft into my life :) super excited to join this community
I am completely new to all of this and just started researching today...but I was immediately drawn to your video and felt instantly calm and at home when it started. Thank you for making beginning a little easier. :)
It’s my first day of trying to become a witch. I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it, super confused where to start. This really helps
Ive mainly been using google. Its really helping identify some plants.
do green witches cast spells? i know i really love nature, even though im indoors alot. but when i am outside i just feel so happy and at peace :)
also can green witches use crystals?
yea don’t limit yourself! You can definitely corporate your own personal belief/things in witchcraft 💕
I don't think being a certain type of witch limits the practices you can do. Witchcraft itself really has no rules I know of
I really like the dark and love the energy of crystals
I’m also into Herbalism. I’m always giving my friends tips on what they can use to help themselves.
Thank you for sharing. I’ve been practicing for 4 months and will be celebrating my first Sabbat in February. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I'm such an emotional person. I don't know if it's your vibe, knowledge, and soft words or if it is the music but I feel this video so much.
Thank you! I found out about witch craft today and wanted to know more about it! This really helped!
thank you for this! you're so supportive and open-minded.
Imagination...🔮
I've been bingewatching all of your videos. I can't wait to get back to nature one day. A little cottage in a forest is my dream
I have a question, I’d love to get myself some crystals , do you have a recommendation ? I’d hate to buy something not real. :(
Haley Nicole You could go to metaphysical shops but they’re often too expensive.
I reccomend going too a old market sometimes they have gemstone and crystal stands often spiritual shops have some cheap ones too❤️
Do some research on crystals and semiprecious stones. Start with ones that interest you. Research fake stones. After a while you begin to recognize stones that are dyed, or cracked with heat treatment. Stones also have a certain feel to them. When you've handled them for long enough, you can start recognizing resin or glass pieces by weight, temperature, and coloration.
I studied witchcraft for 2 years before finally starting to practice around 10 months ago. I found your magickal tips very helpful! Thank you :)
I have some questions
@@ironia9825 putting your crystals out in a full moon will cleanse them
Place your crystal on top of a selenite crystal it will cleanse it.
Watching your videos makes me just feel good. Your voice is so soothing and the editing and music you use is perfect. I hope you are doing great.
I’m thankful that I have discovered your channel. New subscriber here.
As a a beginner, this is the best advice I have been given so far. Thank you so much, I really feel I can now continue with my journey :)
thank you so much, i’m a baby witch that follows the wicca religion and this helped me a lot
Thank you. I have been searching for "something" my entire life, and the more I research, the more I feel like this might be the right path for me. I appreciate your videos.
Came here to be annoyed by new-age female """witchcraft"""
But there's a peaceful energy in this video, and I like your aesthetics, and I listened for a bit and came out with some new knowledge.
Is neverending learning and that's beautiful. To keep that spark of child-like wonder for your whole life, what a blessing.
Let's make a list of resources here:
