I fought so hard yesterday on the feeling of being a fool.. I allowed myself to cry and feel the emotions... Just wish I wouldn't have been in love with the potential and then given breadcrumbs that I was on the right path with the right person 😓
I continue to release but damn it hurts to be in the hard.
You have helped so much and I need to get back into pattern with my meditation you helped me with..
