I can't find a better tutorial regarding this area, you are extraordinarily good at making tutorials so so so easy to understand, each step is so precious, with the time stamps and the additional information provided like links are so so helpful, I cannot say enough to appreciate your tutorials. I am a know-nothing-about-how-to-handle-zoom, now I know most of the fields in zoom, because have done a great help. Thank you, Kevin, keep up the good work, so that many many more people can benefit in this computorized world.

Thanks for this video, it's one of the most-helpful ones I've found! Followup question: When pre-assigning breakout rooms, is it possible to only pre-assign some participants (say, my team leads for each breakout room) and then will Zoom randomly automatically assign everyone else to join them based on my preferred room size? Thanks!

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much!! I love all of your videos, they have been extremely useful! I have been teaching via Zoom for some time now and have a request. Would you please make a video on how to add and present polling questions? I want to have polling questions saved in my meeting beforehand so I don't waste time. Most importantly, how can I have questions spread out in my power point presentations? Do I need to upload several CSV files with one question in each and then launch one every time I need my students to wake up:). I am very confused and could not find specific info in Zoom help. Thanks again!!

Clearest breakout room session so far! Although I am still trying to work out how to pre-assign the same participants to other breakout rooms. It won't allow me to add the same participant twice in 2 or 3 different breakout rooms? I have to coordinate 2 days of workshops but different topics - don't want to have to manually allocate participants (60+) at the time of conference to their selected workshops?? It's doing my head-in! Help!

Hi Kevin, great video, many thanks for your clear explanation. I have one question, I have 4 rounds of breakout sessions with 10 groups per round in a zoom meeting. Is it possible to create in advance all the breakout rooms for all the 4 rounds? How? So far I only managed to create the first round of 10 breakout rooms. Every 15min of the Zoom meeting we set up a breakout session with the 10 breakout rooms.
I hope you can help me?
    Much appreciated.

Thanks for the video Kevin. I have a question: as in your example you are the host and you go to break room 1. In the meantime an attendee from break room 2 is logged out and then joins the meeting again. The attendee would be waiting in the main meeting room and wouldn’t be able to join break room 2 until you as a host let him/her join it. You are still in break room 1, will you get a notification that someone is in main meeting room ?

Hi Kevin, I always encounter problem in assigning co-host when the breakout rooms were already done. I am hosting Zoom meetings for few months already and have always encounter problem in assigning a speaker to be a co-host when the breakout rooms were already done or when the meeting is already ongoing and here comes the speaker, maybe 15 minutes later after the meeting have started. And the speaker wants to control his presentations and I need to make him a co-host but found out that I have no longer an option to make the speaker the co-host? Why is that? Please help and advise me what is wrong. By the way, I can assign co-host and I can do it before the breakout rooms were done. Thank you very much

Thank you very much I have seen the prices I do not understand, it seems it cots a fortune (ZOOM / plan and pricing section on zoom website) Do I need to pay pay monthly or annually per webinars plus if I want to put my clients into breakout rooms, for example, 3 rooms it will cost me monthly 50 eur per each breakup room For example. the price for webinars up to 100 people is 37 eur per month, I thought this price includes as many breakup rooms for my clients as I assign, Usually up to 4 breakup rooms. Then I saw that (ZOOM / plan and pricing section on zoom website) )there are Zoom Rooms ( I do not understand what they mean by zoom rooms - I understood these are breaup rooms ) and each room costs 50 eur per month, What is this feature if you know please? I just want to host up to 8 seminars/ classes per week, with each class duration 60 minutes. In each class participation up to 8 people. I want them to work in pairs during the class so would need to put them in break-up rooms. I am confused please help Thank you very much in advance How much do I need to pay if I want to use ZOOM they way I have just explained. Many thanks!
