    I like this approach. Guidelines are great to get you started, but you need to figure out what works best for you through experimentation to dial in some things

      100% agree. However, if you know that over-kicking will cause you to go anaerobic can avoid a lot of frustrations. Thank you for watching and commenting.

    Hi coach, Love your videos, they are very helpful, but I need a little bit more clarification about the 3 and 6 beat kick patterns. Is each leg kick counted as 1 or is left AND right leg kick considered one beat?

      Tom-you are exactly correct! Each leg movement is considered one kick. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified.

    3 beat kick?? whaa? I thought there was ony 2 beat or 6 beat???
