One question, can i get 4070 super with i5 12400f ( it is only for gaming ) , will there be a bottleneck ?
Going to mention again, you have still have ray tracing enabled in the finals. The static option on rtx global illumination is the setting that turns ray tracing off. You may think it doesn’t make a difference because you’re cpu bound on low settings but it affects the CPU A LOT and I’ve tested this myself. Please turn off ray tracing because there still ISNT a good benchmark with the 12400 with good ddr5, in the finals, on low settings with ray tracing disabled.
Can you test with the RX 6800? Many people forget that it exists

nice vid! im confused though, if i replaced 4070 with 4060, would it get more performnce since it has less of a bottleneck and will use it more efficietly?
No, you need a better cpu. Think of it this way. The cpu is capable of a certain fps number in a certain scenario depending on video settings, the game you’re playing, and what’s going on in the background. The gpu also has a separate FPS number depending on the game and settings. Whatever part has the lower fps number is what your actual fps will be.
Look at gpu utilization and NOT cpu utilization. If your gpu is slightly below 97% without a fps cap in place then it’s a small cpu bottleneck. If it’s slightly under 90% then it’s a decent cpu bottleneck and if it’s below 80% or less then it’s a big cpu bottleneck. This is the simplest way I could put it. Remember there’s always going to be a bottleneck. Whether it’s the gpu, cpu, or a frame cap. Although, a slight gpu bottleneck is more desirable for the best balance of smoothness and input lag.

It's amazing you can pay $230 or less for a used Xbox One X which is an incredible console that's almost 7 years old. And play games at 4K 30fps/some at 60fps. Yet people overpay for these gaming PC's just for higher FPS. SMH.

@@SieencleI think it’s because he switched directly from performance mode to dx12. It corrupts the old shader cache. Just redownload the shaders from the epic launcher. This game is weird, they made the engine for it and still can’t make it smooth
