In the past I was a huge Newmar RV fan. I wanted a New Aire. I looked a few weeks ago at the New Aire and was shocked at the down grading of the New Aire quality. Why did Winnebago buy Newmar if Winnebago was not going to keep the quality at the given by Newmar. Shame on you Winnebago.
Newmar was a class act. Winnebago would be wise to sell Newmar to a top notch buyer who will restore the quality and the Name of Newmar.😢

Seems Winnebago has problems with Newmar and Grand Design both. Winnebago did buy the assets of Country coach at one point and failed at that also, correct?

How I know condition of economy is by RV industry in Elkhart County RV Capital of World. It effective to small companies that are vendors for manufacturing.

Get a legit decibel meter. They are under $50. Don't use some phone app when evaluating a $1M+ rig.
Some phone decibel sensors are the same as those in smartphones
@@nomadbiker4040 And some phones take decent photos and videos. But pros use dedicated cameras and lenses, etc., in their work.
Hopefully Winnie will replace that "pleather" in your coach. Tiffin was replacing in coaches up to about 10 years old. Too bad you didn't get the current MB chassis.

Having owned many newmar coaches i have always been a fan. I was concerned with the winnebago acquisition. Unfortunately they have cut too many corners and quality has suffered.
Sorry to say. But Newmar sold out to a lower Quality company. If they are not careful they will go the way of Country Coach.

Winnebago has been disappointing for the last few years. The way I see Winnebago cutting cost means lower quality in some cases! Tiffin found that out in the past!

I would highly recommend that you start showing these high end coaches without shoes on, it’s a class thing. If you want to step it up, show some respect.

Foretravel is the best of the production coaches. All electrical installations are beat and tidy as opposed to Newmar. I was shocked when I opened a bay door on a newer King Aire. To me, the wiring/cabling looked like a rats nest. If you love the Foretravel over a Newell, well, we all have different tastes. My opinion is there is no comparison. Newell is the king of the road.

Interesting information. -- QUESTION -- I guess it would be risky to put a deposit on a new Newmar Coach. Also, Andrew, that sofa is in obviously bad condition. You should fix that before doing videos at it reflects badly on you.. NO offense, but you should not have ragged looking clothes or sofas like that. It makes us lose confidence in you.
