Ive been doing this workout everyday now for about 4 days and i'm already noticing a difference each time i do it

Hey Amanda get a slow cooker to prepare meals and get a mini fridge. That way you can prepare meals in the slowcooker instead of a fridge. Hope this helps

Hey Rebecca! I've been doing your ab workouts every day and I try to go for a run at least twice a week. By doing a 10 minute ab work out every day, will this really give me results? I eat clean, natural foods too so my diet isn't a problem. Should I do more ab workouts or workout for longer? Thanks!
stay persistent, in a couple weeks you should get noticeable results. don't give up

I always do this after cardio - it's sooo much easier that way and you can stretch much further!

it feels funny that I can finally do things better than you Rebecca, because I'm struggling with abs and legs exercises but I'm very flexible as a former gymnast so I have my splits and over splits in both legs.
Just curious, are you vegetarian or vegan?
