    Rebecca, thank you so much for this video! Four months ago, I was so inflexible, I could barely touch my toes. I started doing this video several times a week, and I am marvelling at the improvement!

      Hey Amanda get a slow cooker to prepare meals and get a mini fridge. That way you can prepare meals in the slowcooker instead of a fridge. Hope this helps

    You should do a video for getting rid of that fat/skin under the chin that makes you have a double chin! And to get a sharper jawline and such haha

    Hey Rebecca! I've been doing your ab workouts every day and I try to go for a run at least twice a week. By doing a 10 minute ab work out every day, will this really give me results? I eat clean, natural foods too so my diet isn't a problem. Should I do more ab workouts or workout for longer? Thanks!

      stay persistent, in a couple weeks you should get noticeable results. don't give up

      I always do this after cardio - it's sooo much easier that way and you can stretch much further!

    it feels funny that I can finally do things better than you Rebecca, because I'm struggling with abs and legs exercises but I'm very flexible as a former gymnast so I have my splits and over splits in both legs.
