I wouldn’t say Bryan turning shocked me terribly, what shocked me is the overall result. There are very few times the heel team wins a match of this magnitude and the way you built this up, including having them poach a few MLW guys made it seem like a team Metal win was inevitable, I’m sure most people felt that way, especially in the main event of METAL’s return PPV. I give you a ton of props for that, shocked the shit out of me and that doesn’t usually happen. I’m usually good at seeing the signs of a heel turn coming. Well played dude! I think it was brilliant decision!
Hopefully Cena gets used more in metal wrestling if he’s on the roster. It’d bring back a lot of nostalgia in the early NLW days.
