There is another one of a man jailed with his two sons and a daughter for life because of a similar case. Some one was killed by mob because he confessed to have killed their mother mother and they were made to carry the Budden. That one made me cry Soo much. The sons were begging the police to release their dad coz he is old now and the dad was begging the police his kids to be released and saying he has aged and waiting for his death bt his sons n daughter were still young n can have families. I think to me this was the most painful.

This is unacceptable. Was there enough evidence to pin the two brothers to the murder? Did the judge consider the two elements of murder? What about the lawyers who represented them? Didn't they assess the probable defence in respect to the charge of murder? The Penal code stipulates that there should be proof beyond reasonable doubt that the accused was guilty and thus would lead to his conviction. Incase of any doubts then the court should quash their conviction due to lack of enough evidence. The system is just unfair for imprisoning the innocent people while allowing the culprits or the real perpetrators walk freely. So sad but God is watching and He's the true Judge.
Lord pls have mercy on these two children of yours. My prayers are with you. I believe by the end of this year you will be free and live to proclaim the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
