    Even your "playing" turns out beautiful and eye catching. Love the vibrancy of these paints, now I definitely have to get some for myself.

    And yet, even just experimenting, you have created Gorgeousness!! Your pages look so funky & artsy. Not Fair, lol....
    I'm actually pleased you did this as I bought one Dylusions paint (all I could afford & didn't want to invest before testing). There is no doubt, these go a very long way, only the tiniest bit is needed. They are also so smooth & almost luxurious looking (like you could dive in? No? Just me then...) What I hadn't realised is that they are quick to dry so that's helpful.
    But I do like using acrylics & of course I have quite a few so why pay out for new? I also have about 6 of the sprays so if I want the vibrancy, I can use them. As you can tell, I am nowhere near any conclusions but right now I need other products more than these. I may do as I did with sprays, collect as & when. It's wonderful if you are able to get all of them, great, go for it! I would but just cannot justify. I also want the new Finnabair stamps, of course. But, It will all have to wait.
    Maybe when I visit America in September, I'll bring back an extra suitcase? Ahhaaa? It's what "spending money" is for, isn't it??
    Sorry. I have gone on & on with no real valid points. Time for bed so will bid you 3 good night. Tfs all you do. C😀

      I know what you mean, not that i need to explain why i bought all of them at once, but i am going to. The company was already selling them cheaper than others and now they were also 20% off, so that is a bargain in my opinion, oh and i was saving up for it, so i could not resist.

    I have found that this paint does work well for faces if you work quickly and if you layer up the colors. :D BEAUTIFUL demonstration! These paints in their easily stackable pots are what live on my art journaling table right now because they tuck nicely away. Thank you for testing the pens. I forgot to do this and had to go about making quick changes because my style is so textured. Thank you thank you thank you.

    Thanks for the fabulous info, I always wondered what the difference was between acrylics and those dylusion paints, so many thanks for giving us the 'heads up'.

    I really love mine too. They go on so smoothly, blend well and the colours are so vibrant. They are different to other acrylic paints but it's hard to explain in words isn't it. Maybe a paint with an ink like quality. I certainly have no regrets about buying them even though I had to pay full price. Xx

    It's fun watching you play! I should start using mine, but so far I only had time and energy to test them a bit. I didn't mind the brush strokes and I like how fast they dry. It sure bubbles up after a thicker application of the paint and blasting it with the heat gun. :-)
    Enjoy your new toys :-)
    Hugs!

    They are great. I had a lot of fun trying them, in some ways they react so differently to other paint. So it`s important to play with them and find out if it suits ones style. Playing, trying and having a wonderful page at the end.....that`s what I call a perfect art session.

    Do you "clean" the blending tools after using acrylics?

    • @studiodievelings
      @studiodievelings  6 років тому

      Whit this you dont need to if you use up all the paint thats left in the sponge. But I put everything in a bowl water once a week and clean them so I can use it for other mediums as well.
