Finally!!! A normal gacha story with logic!!!
Well, I have two sides of thoughts:
First side: This is made very well!! I would say that it’s not so bad!!
And second side: There’s no any serious plot!! Well, how to say that . . . It is only my POV, so don’t take it close to your heart))
I like when MC has some problems, and Second MC helps, or makes some more troubles for the First MC!! For example, simple story “Enemies to Lovers”
Or else, when 2 MCs hate each other, and makes trouble for each other, but then at some of situations, they get closer. And then they start to fall in love with each other!! It’s only my POV, so don’t pay attention on it))

I think this is the first gatcha movie to not make me mad that I’ve seen. I feel like all the characters motivations made sense and it was a very fluid, sweet story! Good job! (Then again I haven’t seen a gatcha story in years)

I'm bored so:
Overused tropes so far:
- Protagonist and popular boy / girl can't be seen together in public - the crazy fangirls/fanboys are going to attack the protagonist. Relies on the assumption that people can't get over someone else liking your crush.
Possible generic story direction: the protagonist and love interest somehow get caught by someone and get recorded, then this recording spreads to everyone else in the school and everyone knows now. Everyone then gets jealous of the protagonist and people start bullying them. Protagonist then gets sad and then popular boy swoops in and protects her from te bullies.
Watching further, the prediction was wrong but similar. It starts with a rumor about the popular boy dating someone instead.
Nevermind, the prediction was mostly spot on.
- Everyone goes crazy over the popular person. Lol they have no faces.
- Friend of protagonist says that girlfriend of popular boy is lucky while not knowing that she is literally talking to the girlfriend.
- People like the popular boy because of looks and money.
- Popular boy has connections with powerful people.
- Prom is next week. (I think this one could potentially be done well but I haven't really seen it been done well.)
Overall rating (gacha standards): 5.5/10
1 = Terrible even by gacha standards, 5 = pretty average gacha story, 10 = masterpiece for a gacha story
Mostly generic but slightly different. The protagonist actually stands up for themselves for once. I didn't necessarily agree with one of the themes though, because revealing a relationship with a popular person to everyone could be the sort of thing to become scandalous or cause unnecessary conflict. It's fine if you just reveal it to a few people you trust.
Honest opinion: The conflict gets resolved really quickly, there's a lack of tension, and the characters are 1 dimensional. I could probably describe most of the characters with two sentences or less. In fact, let me try that.
Protagonist (Amelia): Dependent on Blake's love and afraid of being picked on for loving Blake.
Blake: Love Amelia all the time is the vibe I get, does not care if it's in public or not.
Mia: Provide a bit of tension for the story, not much personality shown besides being caring and supportive of the protagonist at the end.
Literally all the other characters: no personality shown.
Yes guys I know if I'm taking a gacha life plot seriously then I must be very bored. Trust me, I am.

I mean the story isn’t done that right since there isn’t an inciting incident or any other plot points, kinda just went like: beginning, learns the lesson, ending, but at least there’s a theme/internal conflict FOR ONCE, so this actually counts as a real story!
