Hello. Nice to meet you, I've been looking for a new bike for a while now. The Husqvarna 701 looks like a nice motorcycle, very easy to handle! Considering the convenience of the various features, the 2022 model sounds like a good choice.
I have the '23 Husky 701e and love it!! The size is perfect for my height at 179cm and 78Kg love the acceleration, handling and smoothness. I also have a Suzi Dr-Z400s which I like but does not fit my body position as well for me when standing on the pegs. I have setup the Dr-Z with a more off road focus, and have Husky setup for travel / exploring dirt roads. Nice review thanks, I love my 701e and am sure you would too if you choose to buy one.
I love that you say Husqvarna instead of many english speaker who says Husky-varna... Good review and a plus that you tell us your height, Maybe you should also tell us you inseam. Girls often has longer legs than boys.
Nice review! Long time dirt biker here with an '18 KTM 300 XC as my primary off road machine, and a Super Tenere as my on road touring bike with dirt road capability. Just bought a '23 Husky 701 as my "in between bike" to explore the many off road forest service access trails where I live in Colorado. Already getting pretty good at wheelies with it, with the TC turned off of course. It is much easier to hang long monos on the 701 than my twitchy 300cc two stroke, and I am kinda juvenile that way. I do hope I can keep my license with this machine 😆 These bikes are fun to accessorize and modify too. Oh my aching wallet...
Thanks for the insides. I am actually 2 cm smaller than you (though 2x the weight :D) and for me it is really important to know the bikes behaviour if you can't touch the ground easily, especially on offroad tracks. Keep riding \m/
1.75m and looooooooong legs almost up to the neck. Girl, what should an old guy like me do? 1.71m and 30" jeans! :-) Ok, admittedly, my 2022 has the lowering kit installed, so it's 4cm lower. That's how I bought it used with 8000km on the clock. In just two weeks the first big trip starts, going from Stockholm in Sweden all the way to Croatia, the turning point will probably Dubrovnik. My 701 is by now quite "adventurized", so it has screen with GPS mount, luggage system, heated grips (you will probably not understand what those are good for, living in Greece...) and a few other nice goodies that make it nice to travel with. I am now modifying the final drive ratio, because the gears are really too long. Coming from two cylinder bikes like Honda Africa Twin, KTM 790 Adv R and Husqvarna Norden 901 it's a relevation when you leave the pavement. Cool to hear you like it, the difference to your Ducati Scrambler could not be bigger, once you leave the pavement.

I have a 2017 701. I had to lower it 1”. Husqvarna has a factory lowering kit available now.
I have a KTM 690 Enduro R and I love it, (essentially the same bike as husky 701)

can lower it by about 30mm with a factory link - low cost or they may do it for free on new bike - i am sure i saw a 50mm aftermarket version too
