For the copying super shop farms, your copy is not the same since the one in the shop adds an extra layer of blocks between each layer, making it less space efficient.

i feel like you have some problem with lossless vs efficiency. Item sorter removes the constant (50-100) item blockage as the gaps only gives a backfire for it being lossless. Cash p/sec can be a bit iffy if you don't manipulate those chunk opf blocks that doesn't have time to manufacture through the machines like stair block machines. Efficiency can only be big if you increment it with the time it can produce that certain block from machines, hence, itemsorters are great to make it lossless and can help with your cash p/sec. now, if you are not using other machines to manufacture other blocks for expensive cashout, then yes, i see your point of not using itemsorters and having minimal gap. No lossless would occur since you don't have any friction of time to just cut/mine/farm out the block and it just goes to the sell block. Thats the only "cringe" i did see in your explanation.
I made wires beside observers because I wanted 1 observer clock to control many block breakers
Just place more observers (the observers as wires)
i made ugly farms but i didnt do observers when i was a beginneer because i didnt know how to work tech so i just sat there with slow timers but when i searched up how to make cobble stone farms faster then it had observers so i used daimond's tutorials so i can how they work and honestly observers just change everything.

I made an i farm but i made it wide and it produces around 1,5k per second for earlygame thats pretty good

I'm life 26 and I still do this with no problems.. (also the super shop one has an extra uneccesary layer of blocks and your one didn't so not an exact copy)
I only need one composter for this farm design, but idk..
also FYI wheat is better for your money (only downside is the space inefficiency, which is why I just make it into a tower, so that it doesn't cover too much space.
(Wheat costs 100k and makes 1/8 soil per crop, whereas watermelons cost 1.8m, which is 18x more than wheat, but only give 8x more than wheat (1 soil per crop).
I don't really use anything except for wheat, cuz idc about item limit so much, as I just kill all the old farms before making new ones (like I kill cobble when I have a decent income from wheat, and same for mushrooms), and I don't really make massive farms that hit the seed limit.
So a observer clock makes you richer in a matter of seconds.
