    I wish my philosophy teachers taught me analytical thinking that way. Thank you ❤

    That steps one and two are often left latent or unacknowledged conduces to the concealment of the inadequacies of dominant or 'hegemonic' processes. Two examples off the top of the head: the treatment of healthcare as an economic or fiscal problem, and the treatment of substance abuse as a criminal or juridical issue.

    Thanks as you had pointed the first step is the most important.
    You really dont want to be solving something that its not a problem

    Thanks for explaining Analytical Thinking. Before the vid I didn't know what it meant.

    Thank you, I found this really useful. At what point would I begin to break the problem down into smaller parts? Before I decide which tools to use? Also would some of the tools I pick help me identify and understand the problem?
    I'm coming at this from a general perspective rather than maths or engineering.

      It really does depend on what your context and object is - and your aim....if you tell me more I can try to be more precise and helpful.

    Can you offer a session of this or point me in the right direction of this sort of material that'd be helpful for math related subjects like corporate finance?

    How do I apply this to business and personal problems?
    How do I use it to improve performance and cognitive skills?

      always try to define your understanding of the problem - make that the most important step

    is then analytical thinking just techniques to solve problems? what about if a problem doesnt have any existing techniques. how can anlytical thinking can solve such a problem if there is not such a technique to solve it?

    • @nadimbakhshov4245
      @nadimbakhshov4245 6 років тому +2

      when there is no established technique then you design a technique or approach - that makes the process creative. You need to have some reasoning behind your design

    • @nadimbakhshov5992
      @nadimbakhshov5992  6 років тому +2

      this is the step of using a number of other techniques: analogical thinking - which is a key part of creative problem solving. it allows you to solve problems without having a given collection of possible techniques. I can send some links.
