People expect more from the hardstyle producers nowadays... Hardstyle is become much complicated, just listen the kicks, the detail mixing, mastering and so one... :)
I don't know about anyone else, but the things I love about hardstyle are the kick and the melody. From what I can tell, the melody is kickarse and I desperately want the lyrics. The kick is great, and though it might be a bit slow, fits the track perfectly. Something else, you guys don't seem to understand that this is probably an experimental track. He's not 'redefining' hardstyle. He's producing music. Next time you criticize, show me one of YOUR songs.
This is actually pretty good, everyone needs to stop whining about Coone ruining the genre. He's not. This honestly sounds a lot better than the "raw" style that some producers are putting out these days. The raw style all sounds the same and has no variation or character. I would take a melodic uplifting track over a raw track anyday. And this is coming from someone who's been listening to hardstyle since 2006, and I love the old stuff. Hardstyle is changing, get used to it or else move on.
There is only 1 reason to make the intro 140 BPM and that's so that people on the mainstage aren't completely clueless when this track kicks in. 140 BPM sounds worse than 150 BPM in any way (when it comes to hardstyle tracks) and it takes the drive out of the track and the crowd at a hardstyle festival. But besides the BPM slowdown, the break is kinda long but actually quite enjoyable and the climax is nice.
I think many tracks are still nice , but it isn't the same Hardstyle it was 3-6 years ago . I am able to understand the " flamers " . I am not very happy with the Change too , but i've got enough intelligence to know that i can't prevent it with a comment hahaha
So this is what our scene has become? A bunch of flamers not leaving out a single chance to flame about anything? All those who say he ruins Hardstyle should think about it before they write. The other tracks don't go away, if you don't like it: fine. But don't just constantly bitch about everything.
