Vaux-le-Vicomte, built in the time of Louis XIV, shines as much for its architecture as for its gardens designed by Le Nôtre. Classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the city of Provins has preserved the vestiges of its former glory. The medieval ramparts still protect the old buildings. But Seine-et-Marne is dotted with charming villages, such as Barbizon or Moret-sur-Loing, small towns that great artists have fallen in love with, like Alfred Sisley, Corot or Millet.

J'avais entendu dire que Fontaineblau venait de la fontaine à la belle eau. Bon que ce soit le chien Bliau qui découvra la belle fontaine ça me va.
