The Pilar or salt I in my humble opinion allegory or symbolic to exactly what was described in the video turning back to the known path instead of trusting in the lord that his path although unknown is the exact thing that will keep you from crystallising.

There’s a lot of things that we go through in life that we have our regrets on and when we reflect back on it meaning look back, we feel salty a certain type of feeling that’s what I think it meant when it said don’t look back in the story

This "teaching" is askew. The bottom line, is that it's about sin, and obedience, and rebellion. Lot's wife was turned into a pillar of salt because she was disobedient and rebelled against the living God. She was, even before looking back, trailing behind Lot because she was "dragging her feet".

Humans have always blamed God.Just remember Adam and Eve. Adam d said to God it was the women that YOU gave me who gave the fruit to eat (Adam blamed God for giving him the woman) and Eve said in her "defence" that it was the serpent who gave her the forbidden fruit. It is in our sinful nature to blame everybody else especially blaming God .We dont want to take accountability for our actions

I'm more interested in why an omniscient all knowing God simultaneously declared Lot a "good" & "righteous" man worthy of saving when every one else ( including children ) were killed for being "immoral" ,despite knowing in advance that he would engage in relations with his own daughters ( not once but 2 nights running)
What was his punishment for this ?? Oh I remember now , NOTHING !!
It's seems God in his wisdom deemed stick gathering a much more severe offense than incest 🤔🤔🤔

the more i read what you wrote the more you sound ignorant, this is why we as humans are low on the chain. you speak on this as if you know the full picture yet assume you're right. we think we know everything. Lott actually questioned god about this very thing. "Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?
25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
26 And the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes."
it goes on, giving the point that he wouldn't sacrifice the village even if there was 1 righteous person. so it's fair to say the conditions there were pretty bad. they were sacrificing children to molak, and likely there was genetic corruption or something going on there just as in the days of noah and god didn't want that to spread.

A geologist that we spoke to from that area said that the rock or stone what the buildings were made of were hit by a serious blast of 6000 degrees in temperature that even melted the rock. So when he destroyed the city just the heat or the light coming from that furno lots wife turned fast as into salt the extensive heat would have turned her to stone. Just to look at it. So it's not just mercy killing

Salt is one the most important substances in the world. It helps the body retain water, maintain homeostasis, balance blood pressure, enhance and preserve food, and can even heal wounds.
Her turning into a pillar of salt means she became all of these things well.
A woman is a valuable resource. A woman who’s learned and experienced, has seen the pain and sorrows and sufferings of the world, is wise and thoughtful. A crying bride is also a lot like a pillar of salt. She wears white and cries tears of joy.

I wish teachers would consider a few other things regarding lots, wife… She was leaving her daughters, her grandchildren and her sons-in-law back there… She knew it was a lot to lose. As a woman I can relate and she was probably in shock realizing all of her family were going to die. There is a real moral of the story perhaps it is even if your own children do not serve God, you have to keep going forward

Why is this man LEAVING OUT important information from the Bible account? We can read the account from the KJV. The first thing a pastor does is rederence the book, chapter, and verses from the KJV to be ACCOUNTABLE for the the message. A public speaker with examples and stories cannot replace God's word. All of this mans reasoning, but none of God's reasoning. So, no CLEAR instruction or answer here.
