THIRD TIMES A CHARM? | Christian Craig Undergoes 3rd Surgery Since Glendale Crash

- The saying "third times a charm" definitely wasn't what we were expecting to hear when it came to updates on Christian's crash recovery... In today's video, Christian and Jagger headed out to Vail for Christian to get surgery and take the next step in healing 100% since the Glendale crash. In the third attempt to heal, the doctor took out what was damaged and not the healing of the radial head and that’s it haha. Hoping and praying this is the final step of this dang elbow.

I feel your pain! I shattered my elbow riding dirt bikes but I broke my ulna. I had 4 surgeries on it. I wasn’t getting my movement back so the 4th surgery was to remove the plate and screws. Once those were removed I felt so much better and started to heal. No doubt you’re on the road to recovery now. I totally understand your frustration, anxiety, and depression. Keep your head up because you’ll be back to normal before you know it.
Get that bionic arm and get back to racing. Prayers to you and the fam. Hope Paige is not a total wreck. Positive vibes to her especially.

I work in a medical machine shop and radial heads were the first implants i machined about 4 years ago. Bummed you have to get one but cool to see stuff similar to what I’ve made being able to help someone
Hey Vaughn here from New Zealand. I had the radial head removed in my right arm in 1997. Took a while to settle down but it made a huge difference in my arm and hasn't caused me problems in the last 26years. All the best .

I broke my xyphoid process so I'm just chillen for the next 6 -8 weeks which is a bummer but seeing your situation makes me thankful! Hang in there Champ!!!! And I'm most def about to order a shirt!

I can’t even begin to imagine how frustrating this has to be for Christian. Don’t forget all you have to be grateful for while you’re going through this.

Keep your head up man. As long as the wife and kids are healthy life is good. Got staples in my arm right now. Had some metal removed and the ulnar nerve moved to inside the elbow. Heal well.

If you end up needing to get a radial head replacement, look into the ones made of Pyrocarbon. I’m not sure they’re available in the US yet, but I believe they have a longer life expectancy than ones made of titanium.

Hey Christian, a PRO ATV MOTOCROSS rider #741 sustained almost the same identical injury that you did and still have .
He's had several operations on his left arm and has overcome it enough to where he's back racing in the 2023 PRO ATV MOTOCROSS nationals .I talked to him about contacting you to talk about each one of your injury situations
but don't know if he did or not?
